How to purchase ticket(s)

• Please read the information on how to purchase ticket and conditions before proceed.

1. Sign up or Log in Eventpop account.
2. On the event page, press the 'Get Tickets' button. *Please read the details and conditions of the event carefully.
3. Please 'Select Zone'
4. Then 'Select Seat(s)'
   
5. After that you can press 'Buy ticket'
6. Fill in the ticket holder's information
7. Then press 'Confirm'
8. Select the payment method; Credit/Debit Card, AMEX, QR PromptPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, TrueMoney Wallet
   
9. After payment has been completed, you will receive an E-Ticket (QR Code) via email and My Wallet.
   
   

Remark:

• Queuing before buying a ticket on 2nd March 2025 at 10:00 am onwards. (More information about How to Get in Queue)
• 1 user can purchase UP TO 4 tickets only.
• Ticket buyers must enter the name of each attendee exactly as it appears on their ID card / Passport. No modifications will be allowed under any circumstances, including entering one's own name twice in both Thai and English, or purchasing tickets for other family members. Please verify all information carefully before confirming your purchase.
• Ticket prices exclude other fees.
• Any privileges / benefits vary based on each ticket type as specified.
• After payment has been completed, the organizer reserves the right to Non-refundable / Non-upgradeable / Non-exchangeable in any circumstances.
• The organizer will not be held liable for any resold tickets or tickets from other channels.
• Please do not show your E-Ticket (QR Code) / Reference Code which is confidential information to the public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets any circumstances.
  

How to transfer E-Ticket (QR Code)

In case the owner of an E-Ticket (QR Code) is unable to attend the event by themselves. You can be transferred an E-Ticket (QR Code) to others in 2 ways as follows:

1. Customers can transfer E-Ticket (QR Code) to others via the system. The system will be closed 48 hrs. before the event starts. (Read more about How to transfer E-Ticket)

2. Transfer ticket to other people offline (using documents)

2.1) Prepare an E-Ticket (QR Code), it can be shown in the format of an e-file or printed.

2.2) Proxy's original ID card / passport or any documents that issued from the government with name-surname.

2.3) Please bring the power of attorney original document from the owner. (How to sign the power of attorney document)
*The power of attorney MUST be an original document. The photo is not able to be used.

Terms and Conditions to Enter the Event

1. On-site registration opens at 2:30 pm. The door opens at 3:30 pm.
2. Attendee can purchase only 1 Special Film Photobook (per 1 seat) after the event.
3. During the activity, we are not allowed to send gifts, banners, accessories, or any items to an artist for wearing.
4. Selfies with the artist during the activity is not allowed.
5. Take a photos and record a video during the activity is allowed.
6. Attendees are requested to be punctual. Please prepare yourself before participating in the activity, and strictly follow the event’s instructions.
7. Gifts can be dropped off at the gift reception point.
8. It is strictly prohibited to bring drugs, sharp objects, explosives, weapons of any kind, flammable items, or other dangerous materials that could pose a risk to artists, staff, other attendees, or the venue into the concert area. If any such items are found during inspection, staff reserves the right to confiscate them if deemed inappropriate.
