How to purchase ticket(s)
- Sign up or Log in Eventpop account.
*If the ticket buyer log in via Facebook, you MUST recheck that the user name will be matches the ID card / Passport. - Queuing before buying a ticket on 1st March 2025 at 10:00 am onwards. *The queuing is limited to 1 account per 1 queue. (Read How to Get in Queue)
- When it's your turn, Please 'Select Zone' and 'Select Seat(s)' then press 'Buy ticket'
- Fill in the ticket holder's information. Then press 'Confirm'
**Ticket buyers must fill in the name of each attendee in Thai and English exactly as it appears on their ID card/Passport. - Select the payment method; Credit/Debit Card, AMEX, QR PromptPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, TrueMoney Wallet (Read more information)
- After payment has been completed, you will receive an E-Ticket (QR Code) via email and My Wallet.
Remark:
- 1 user can purchase UP TO 2 tickets only and all chosen tickets MUST be from the same zone only. If you would like to purchase multiple zones, you need to complete the first order, then go to purchase another zone in the next order.
- Ticket prices exclude VAT 7% and processing fees.
- For wheelchair users, you can purchase ticket ฿5,500 (any zones) ONLY. The organizer will reserve the most convenient area for wheelchair users in these zones.
After complete the payment as condition above, please contact Eventpop Customer Support with your order number to reserve seats for wheelchair users. - For those who would like to request the full tax invoice / receipt of ticket(s), please find more information via How to request ticket full tax invoice.
- After an order has been completed, the organizer reserves the right not to change the seat, upgrade the ticket, request to cancel, or refund in any case (Non-refundable / Non-upgradable).
- Ticket(s) transfer and ticket(s) information modification are not be allowed in any circumstances.
- The organizer will not be held liable for any resale ticket(s) or tickets from other channels.
- Any resale ticket(s), distribution for advertising/public relations purposes or use for promotional activities without the organizer's permission is considered a violation of the terms and conditions. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the ticket(s) or refuse to enter the event, including revoking any ticket benefits of those ticket(s).
- Please do not show your E-Ticket (QR Code) / Reference which is confidential information to the public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets any circumstances.
Terms and Conditions to Enter the Event
- On 17th May 2025, onsite registration opens at 8:30 am onwards. Please bring E-Ticket (QR Code) to check-in at the event venue.
*Please bring your ID card, driver's license or passport for identity verification on the event date. - Door opens at 11:00 am (Activities start at 2:00 pm)
- There is no age restriction for attending the event but all attendees MUST have a ticket to access all performance areas. (For children under 7 years old must accompany to the event by a guardian.)
- Live broadcasting of video and audio is not allowed.
**If found, the team will delete the video and ask the person to leave the show immediately. - Light signs larger than A4 size are not allowed
- Portable chairs, camping chairs, all types of folding chairs, and tripods are not allowed inside the event.
- Foods and beverages are not allowed in the event venue.
- Drugs, sharp objects, explosives, weapons of any kind, flammable materials, and other hazardous items that could pose a danger to artists, staff, other individuals, and the venue are strictly prohibited from being brought into the event area. If found, the staff reserves the right to confiscate these items if deemed inappropriate.
- Pets of any kind are not allowed in the event venue.
- Air horns, cheering devices that make loud noises, whistle, horn, megaphone, flashlight, laser pointer, all types of laser equipment are not allowed. *Except each Artist's Official Merchandise Lightstick.
- Luggage of any size, type, and large bags exceeding 40 centimeters in height are not allowed in the venue.
- The organizer reserves the right to change any details without notice and the consideration of the company is finalized.
