Terms & Conditions for purchasing tickets

1. Sign up eventpop by email, The registrant's name must match the ID card and the email address must be a valid email address How to sign up click here 
2. Reading the detail of each type of ticket and press "Choose Zone and Seats"
      * can buy only in the same zone cannot buy across zones
3. You will have 15 minutes to check your ticket details, Customers are required to prepare the name, surname, phone number, and email for each ticket. 
4. Click "Confirm" to proceed to the Payment page,  Choose payment methods. You can find more details about the payment method by this following articles : Credit card / Debit Card, American Express (Amex), QR PromptPay, Alipay , TrueMoney Wallet, WeChat Pay
5. Press to confirm order and pay
6. Once payment has been completed, you will receive E-Ticket to pick-up your wristband at the event

  • 1 User can buy unlimited  orders
  • 1 Order can buy
    Congrats Zone maximum 4 tickets
    Grad Zone (Free) maximum 1 ticket
  • 1 Main Order can Top-up each add-on 1 ticket /1 add-on
    *Can top-up every add-on from your wallet after ordered the main ticket* 
    (can top-up Congrats Upgrade Benefit & Add on Receiver+Earphone until 25 February 2025)
  • Ticket price excludes VAT7%, payment gateway fees and other fees  
  • When the customer completes the order, the organizer reserves the right not to request to change / return tickets / upgrade tickets or request refunds in all cases. (Non-refundable / Non-upgradeable)
  • The organizers will not be liable for any tickets that was not purchased directly from the ticketing channels established by the organizers under any circumstance.
  • Organizers have the right to change the conditions as appropriate.

**important : Please do not show your E-Ticket QR Code / Confidential information to public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets.

Admission terms and conditions:

1. Please show your E-Ticket with QR Code with ID card or passport or driver's license on the day of the concert. The name on the E-Ticket must match your ID card or passport or driver's license.

2. In case that the ticket holder is unable to attend the event on that day.

    2.1 The ticket can be transferred through Eventpop until 2 days before the event date and time. [How to transfer E-Ticket Here]

    2.2 After transferring period through Eventpop, the recipient must present the original power of attorney document with the signature of the original ticket owner as evidence of consent to transfer rights [Read how to sign a power of attorney here]

3. Activity Schedule 

- Register : 13.00 - 16.00 pm.

- Door open at 15.00 - 16.00 pm.

- Show start 16.00 - 17.30 pm.

- Fan Benefits: 17.45 pm. onwards
