Chef Dan Puangngern, originally from Nam Pat District, Uttaradit Province, began his culinary journey at the age of 16 as a dishwasher at Sea Beach Hotel in Pattaya in 1986. Through dedication and a passion for learning and self-improvement, Chef Dan gained extensive experience across various roles, from European cook to sous chef, working in eight different 5-star hotels over his 28-year career.
Today, Chef Dan is renowned as an Italian cuisine expert under the name Sipolle Restaurant. His passion for Italian cooking is reflected in every meticulously crafted dish, prepared with soul and precision. Chef Dan is ready to serve guests extraordinary dishes paired with fine wines.
