- Maeklong Railway Market located about an hour outside the city, here we'll have a chance to grab a coffee and some delicious street food before getting into position by the tracks to witness the busy market suddenly disperse so that the train can pass through.

- Coconut Sugar Farm for a private coconut sugar making (and tasting) workshop. Here we'll have the opportunity to learn, taste and participate in the complete process from the local family running the business.

- Wat Samphran Dragon Temple. This lesser known temple has become the highlight on so many of our guests, partly because we have the luxury of being the only tour group there and partly because it is SERIOUSLY cool. We'll spend our time climbing the belly of the dragon right to the top and enjoying the viewpoint!

- Khlong Lad Mayom Floating Market, a charming local Thai floating market about 30 minutes from the city. Here we can sit down to some delicious food, explore the market by foot or traditional long tail boat and get to know the locals.
