หลังจากประสบความสำเร็จจากการแสดง ณ กรุงโตเกียวในปี 2021 และ ณ กรุงปักกิ่ง เมื่อเดือนมิถุนายนที่ผ่านมา คอนเสิร์ต ไวโอเล็ต เอเวอร์การ์เดน เดินทางมาถึงประเทศไทยพร้อมบรรเลงบทเพลงที่จะชวนคุณไปรำลึกห้วงอารมณ์อันตราตรึงใจ พร้อมนักร้องรับเชิญจากญี่ปุ่น ได้แก่ TRUE, Minori Chihara, Aira Yuuki รวมถึงสินค้าแบบ limited ต่างๆ ที่พบได้เฉพาะในงานนี้เท่านั้น

How to purchase ticket(s)
1. Sign up or Log in Eventpop account.
*You MUST recheck that the user name will be matches the ID card / Passport and the email address must be a valid
2. Select zone and seat, then press "Buy ticket".
- 1 User can buy UP TO 6 TICKETS / SHOWTIME, can buy only in the same zone. Cannot buy across zones
- Ticket price includes VAT but excludes payment gateway fees and other fees
3. There are 2 ways to receive a ticket;
3.1) Receive paper tickets at the event venue
- In case the ticket buyer redeem paper ticket(s) by yourself;
- Preparing the order confirmation, it can be shown in the format of an e-file or printed.
- Ticket buyers have to redeem paper ticket(s) by themselves. The name on the order confirmation MUST be matched ID card, passport or any government-issued card. *The original document or copy of the mentioned documents are able to be used for both Thais and foreign customers.
- In case the attendee is not the owner of the order confirmation;
- Preparing the order confirmation, it can be shown in the format of an e-file or printed.
- Proxy's original ID card / passport or any documents that issued from the government with name-surname.
- Please bring the power of attorney original document from the owner. (How to sign the power of attorney document) *The power of attorney MUST be an original document. The photo is not able to be used.
- Remark:
- Ticket(s) in the same order MUST be received together (whole order), cannot separate received.
- In the case of using facebook name in Order Confirmation: Show your real Facebook page to verify.
- In case of unable to attend the event on that day: The owner of Order Confirmation can edit ticket receiver's name on Order Confirmation info on their wallet through the Eventpop System only once until 17th January 2025 at 3:00 PM. (How to edit ticket receiver's name)
3.2) Receive paper tickets via delivery to your address
- Start delivery ticket on 21st November 2024 onwards. The delivery system will be opened last day on 25th December 2024 (11:59 PM) and the last delivery date is on 26th December 2024.
- In case the ticket buyer fills in the wrong delivery address, you can contact Customer Support for a request to change the information within 3 days after the purchase date.
- In case of fill wrong zip code, customers have to pay additional charges.
- In case the customer loses the ticket: Customers can contact Customer Support to issue new ticket and there will be new ticket fee 100 baht/ticket, customers must pick up new ticket at the event only.
- Organizer reserves the right to not refund ticket and shipping fee in case the parcel is failed to deliver such as incorrect address and no recipient. The ticket holder must contact Customer Support to verify identity with My Wallet to receive the ticket at the event only.
- If you choose the method of receiving ticket, it cannot be changed the option later. Ticket buyers can fill in an address to deliver ticket only one address in each order. Please check delivery information before confirming the transaction.
4. Ticket buyers will have 15 minutes to complete the reservation. Then press “Confirm”
5. Select the payment method; Credit/Debit Card, Installment, QR Promptpay, Alipay, WeChat Pay (Read more on How to make payment)
6. After you successfully completed a payment;
- For those who selected to receive ticket at event date: Use Order Confirmation to pick up paper tickets at the event venue.
- For those who selected to receive ticket via delivery: We will send the parcel to your address indicated for delivery. You can track delivery status/tracking no. at My Wallet. (How to check Tracking No. click here)

Remark:
- Children aged 5 and above are eligible to purchase seats, under 5 years old are not eligible to purchase seats.
*You can purchase tickets in the Iberis Seat : FBA, FBB, FBC Zone which are family room. Listening through speakers only in closed mirror room only. - Children are not allowed to sit on parent seat.
- After payment complete, no changes, cancellations, upgrades, or refunds are allowed in any case.
- Please do not show your Order Confirmation / QR Code which is confidential information to the public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets any circumstances.
Terms and conditions for enter the concert
- 11:00 AM onwards Doors open, Order Confirmation check and give paper tickets to customers. (For those who choose receive paper tickets at the event venue)
- 2:00 PM The gates will open one hour before show time.
- 3:00 PM Performance starts *If the door is already closed after performance starts, you will not be allowed to enter the hall until the break time which could take at least 1 hour.
- Please keep your courtesy in order to ensure that all audiences enjoy comfortable and pleasant performance.
- Photographs and recordings are strictly prohibited.
- Food and Pet are strictly prohibited inside the hall.
- We reserve the rights to change the program of the performance as appropriated.
Dress Code
Due to the dress code policy implement at Mahidol University we kindly ask the following from the audience:
- The code is smart casual. Strictly no shorts, no flip-flops, and no tank tops.
- The concert hall temperature is adjusted to 20-22 C (68-70F) per musicians’ request. Please prepare accordingly.
- Cosplay is encouraged, but we kindly ask that you do not bring any helmets, hats, swords, spears, staff, or armor that may restrict the view of any persons behind, beside, or in front of you, but if you do want to bring it as a prop for your photos, there is a coat check to check them in before you enter the concert hall.
- We also do not allow any type of outfit that may damage the fabric seats inside the hall. If there are damages done to the seats, Mahidol University reserves the right to collect damage penalties.
- Photography is encouraged in front of the hall, but please do not take any photos or videos during the concerts.
