How to register
- Sign up or Log in Eventpop account
- Select Ticket Type and Quantity. Then press 'Register'
- Fill in an attendee's information
*Please ensure that the full name and ID card/passport number on the E-Ticket (QR Code) match the actual ID card/passport of the attendee for identity verification at the event venue. - After the registration has been completed, you will receive an E-Ticket (QR Code) via email and My Wallet. You can use this E-Ticket (QR Code) for check-in to enter the event.
Remark:
- 1 ID card/Passport no. can be used to register for only 1 ticket.
- In case you are unable to attend the event, the ticket is non-transferable in any circumstances.
- The organizer will not be held liable for any resell / transferred tickets or tickets from other channels.
- Please do not show your E-Ticket / QR Code which is confidential information to the public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets any circumstances.
- The event organizer reserves the right to change or modify event details without prior notice. The company's decision is final.
Terms and Conditions to Enter the Event
- You can attend the event starting from 11:00 AM onwards.
- 1 E-Ticket (QR Code) can be used to enter the event 1 person only. (You can receive a brochure at the event entrance.)
- Attendees must present an E-Ticket (QR Code) along with the actual ID card/passport or ThaID application at the entrance before enter the event for identity verification.
*The full name and ID card/passport number on the E-Ticket (QR Code) must match the actual ID card/passport or ThaID application of the attendee in order to be eligible to attend the event.
**The ThaID application must be presented through the app only. (Screenshots cannot be used.)
