Terms & Conditions for purchasing tickets

1. Sign up Eventpop by email, The registrant's name must match the ID card and the email address must be a valid email address How to sign up click here 
2. Reading the detail of each type of ticket and press "Choose Zone and Seats"
      * can buy only in the same zone cannot buy across zones
3. You will have 15 minutes to check your ticket details, Customers must prepare the name, surname, phone number, and email for each ticket. 
4. Click "Confirm" to proceed to the Payment page, Choose payment methods. You can find more details about the payment method by this following articles : Credit card / Debit Card, American Express (Amex), QR PromptPay, Alipay
5. Press to confirm order and pay
6. Once payment has been completed, you will receive Order Confirmation to pick-up your ticket at the event
7. You can download Fee receipt at My Wallet

Remark:
  • 1 Order can buy maximum 6 tickets 
  • Ticket price excludes VAT7%, payment gateway fees, PVC card ticketing fee and other fees  
  • The attendee name in each ticket will not be specified on the PVC card.
  • When the customer completes the order, the organizer reserves the right not to request to change / return tickets / upgrade tickets or request refunds in all cases. (Non-refundable / Non-upgradeable)
  • The organizers will not be liable for any tickets that was not purchased directly from the ticketing channels established by the organizers under any circumstance.
  • Organizers have the right to change the conditions as appropriate.

**important : Please do not show your Order Confirmation QR Code / Confidential information to public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets.

Pick up Ticket (On-Ground)

You will be asked to present your Order Confirmation to pick up ticket at Eventpop ticket exchange points

Please prepare the following documents:

2. Identification card, Passport or card issued by a government agency with a clear name and surname.

Note: 
  • On the event date, the name on Order Confirmation must be the same as the person who receives the ticket
  • Prepare Order Confirmation to pick up the ticket at the event
  • Order Confirmation can be printed or shown via mobile phone

- In the case of receive by yourself: We will mainly check from the name - last name specified on the Order Confirmation and identification card, passport or card issued by a government agency with clear name and surname.

- In case of unable to attend the event on that day,
         1. The owner of Order Confirmation can edit ticket receiver's name on Order Confirmation info on their wallet through the Eventpop System 1 time

        2. After closing edit ticket receiver, the recipient must present the original power of attorney document with the signature of the original ticket owner as evidence of consent to transfer rightsHow to sign the authorized letter click here
*Power of attorney letter cannot use photographs only original copies of documents must be used.

Rules and Regulations (On Ground)

1. Video, audio and live steaming through any applications and channels are also not allowed. During Benefits, Photo / video are allowed but please hold device on chest level only. Selfie is not allowed, please be in time.

2. Selfie monopods, polaroid cameras, tablets (with over-7-inch screen) and other recording devises are strongly not allowed in the event.

3. Cameras are allowed without any focal length restriction.

4. The following items are not allowed in the hall.

    - Light stick longer than 30 cm, LED board or paper bigger than A4, cloth bigger than 20x80 cm and any kind of banners.

    - Folding chair, mini ladder, balloon sticks, balloons balls, dolls, whistles, horns, megaphones and also alcohol beverage, drug, weapon, edge tool, explosive and any other dangerous items. We will have the leaving point for those items in front of the gate before entering the hall please note that it is no the deposit point.

5. Please don't throw mobile phones, dolls, boards, water bottle or any items on stage as it may cause injury to the artist and audiences.

6. All kinds of food and drinks are not allowed in the hall.

7. We are not allowed to pass any present to the artist during Hi-touch and Group Photo section.

8. In case lucky winner don't identify yourself at the event, your benefit will be terminated immediately.

Note : We reserve the right to change any terms and regulation as appropriate.

Steps and Conditions for Purchasing Live Streaming Tickets

1. Register as an Eventpop member or log in. The participant's name must match their ID card, and the email provided must be valid.

2. 1 user account is limited to purchasing a maximum of 1 ticket per order.

3. Buyers will have 15 minutes to enter information and review order details.

4. Click "Confirm Purchase" to choose a payment method. Available payment methods include Credit Card / Debit Card, American Express (Amex), QR PromptPay, and Alipay.

5. After payment, you will receive an E-Ticket via email or under the My Wallet section for online viewing (with a "Join Live Sessions" button at the end of the email).

6. If issues occur during the transaction, such as screen freezing or payment QR Code not displaying, you can complete your purchase through the My Wallet section (see instructions for continuing a pending order).

7. You can download a brief service receipt from My Wallet.

Note:

  • Ticket prices do not include 7% VAT, bank fees, or other charges.
  • Once the purchase is complete, the organizer reserves the right not to allow changes, returns, upgrades, or refunds (Non-refundable / Non-upgradeable).
  • The team is not responsible for tickets purchased from individuals or other sources.
  • Changes to terms and conditions are at the discretion of the event organizers.

*** Important Please do not share your Order Confirmation QR Code/Reference with others or on social media, as it is personal information for which the organizers are not responsible.

Viewing Live Streaming via POPLIVE

You can view your purchase and watch the live stream on the event day through the following channels:

  • Eventpop website
  • Email
  • Eventpop application

Conditions for Viewing Live Streaming via POPLIVE

1. 1 email address is allowed per viewing ticket.
2. Only 1 device may be used for viewing at a time (simultaneous viewing on multiple devices is not permitted).
3. You can view the stream on a mobile phone, computer, tablet, or any internet-connected device.
4. To switch devices for viewing, you must first close the current viewing session before accessing the stream on another device.
5. You may enter and exit the live stream at any time until the stream ends. To rejoin the live stream, click the 'Join Live Session' button in My Wallet on both the app and the Eventpop website (Note: Exiting and rejoining will only show the current live content, not the previous segments).
6. Recording images, videos, or audio during the event, including live streaming, is not permitted.
7. The organizer reserves the right to change or amend event details without prior notice, and the company's decisions are final.
8. The organizer reserves the right to collect, record, use, and disclose photos or videos, which may include images of viewers, for public dissemination, advertising, and marketing purposes without consent.

Recommendations for Viewing (Live Streaming) via POPLIVE

1. Connect to a stable internet connection. If using an organization's internet, access may be blocked or speed limited; therefore, use personal WiFi or 4G if possible.

2. Update your browser to the latest version.

3. Recommended Browsers:

  • Google Chrome 53.0.2785 or newer
  • Safari 10.0.602.1.50 or newer
  • Internet Explorer 10 or newer
  • Chromium Edge 80 or newer
  • Firefox 76 or newer
4. After joining the live stream, select and adjust video quality (in the lower-right corner) to match your internet speed to avoid constant buffering.

5. Internet speed should be at least 10 Mbps for stable viewing.
