Changes to event date for North Fest 2016, full refunds will be issued to all ticket buyers.
The organizer of North Fest has changed the event date to 6-7 May 2016.
For all ticket buyers whom have bought tickets via Event Pop, please find the details for full refund issuance below. Please note that ticket buyers do not need to return their physical tickets back to us.
Orders Paid using Debit Cards
Funds will be remitted to the account of the debit card within 4 weeks (starting 15th of April 2016) or depending on the card issuer (the bank that issued the card).
Orders Paid using Credit Cards
Funds will be returned to the credit card using for the order in the next bill statement.
Orders Paid via Counters, Banks and Convenient Stores
An email will be sent from Event Pop asking for your bank account, please submit details before the 18th of April 2016. Funds will be remitted to the account you have submitted within end of April 2016.
