Announcement of Rainy 4D Concert Cancellation
- Credit card: The bank will refund the money to your card within 1-2 billing cycles (the period varies depending on the bank).
- Debit Card: The bank will refund the money to your card within 45-60 days (the period varies depending on the bank).
To receive your refund, you will need to submit your bank account info on the system after receiving an email requesting it. After submitting your bank account info, the Eventpop team will verify the details and process the refund accordingly. You will receive the refund within 15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Thai Public holidays) after receiving all information completely.

Terms & Conditions for purchasing tickets
1. Sign up eventpop by email, The registrant's name must match the ID card and the email address must be a valid email address How to sign up click here
2. Select the type of ticket you wish to purchase, then press the 'Buy Ticket' button.
*Limit the purchase of tickets to a maximum of 4 per order
3. You will have 15 minutes to check your ticket amount
4. "Confirm" to proceed to the Payment page, Choose payment methods. You can find more details about the payment method by this following articles

5. Press to confirm your order and make payment
Note:
- Attendees Standing Zone and Seating Zone tickets will be queued into the hall based on the order of successful payment transactions. Ticket holders can check their queue number (Running no.) from May 11th onwards via their E-Ticket or by "My Wallet" menu on the Eventpop website or app

- The organizer reserves the right to cancellation, or refund under any circumstances (Non-refundable/Non-upgradeable)
- The organizer reserves the right to not be responsible in the event that tickets are purchased from other persons or channels
**Please do not show your Order Confirmation QR Code / Confidential information to public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets.
Preparation for participation in the event includes:
- The concert starts at 18:00 and ends at 23:00 on June 7th. On June 8th and 9th,
- the concert starts at 17:00 and ends at 22:00.
- The event is open from 12:00 to 22:00 on June 7th to 9th.
Please prepare your E-ticket QR Code. Each ticket holder must come to exchange for wristbands at the event entrance.
- For Thai citizens: Present your E-ticket along with your original ID card/copy of ID card, or any official identification with clear name and photo.
- For foreigners: Present your E-ticket along with your original passport, or provide a copy/photo of your passport.
*The name on the E-ticket must match the name of the person receiving the wristband at the entrance.
Customers can transfer E-Ticket (QR Code) to others via the system. The system will be closed 48 hrs. before the event starts. (How to transfer E-Ticket)
In case the transfer via the system is closed, you can create a power of attorney document. Click here for the power of attorney.
*Photos cannot be used for the power of attorney document, and only original photocopies are accepted.
