Day and presenting renowned female chefs from around the globe
Gastronauts Asia is
are pleased to announce the first-ever Women In Gastronomy (WIG) Forum
on March 8th 2018 at The Sukhothai Bangkok.
The aim of the event is to empower women in the
field of food & beverage by staging an open forum. WIG will address the challenges that many female
chefs have overcome to become leaders in the world of gastronomy. Attendees will also have the chance to taste the
creations of participating chefs, and to hear the stories behind their
signature dishes.
The full-day conference will feature speeches,
presentations and panel discussions, and will also double as a long-format,
12-course luncheon in which the guest chefs will present one dish each for
guests to taste, and to tell a story around that dish. WIG will conclude with a
casual cocktail mixer at The Zuk Bar, where participants will have more chances
to meet and mingle with all of the guest chefs and speakers.
