Terms and Conditions for Event Entry:
- Entry tickets will be in the form of an E-Ticket QR CODE, which can be exchanged for wristbands at the registration booth.
- Bringing sharp objects, fireworks, folding knives, and any other dangerous items into the event venue is strictly prohibited.
- The Alive Beach On Cloud Songkran Music Festival is only for individuals aged 20 and above. Attendees must present their ID card or Passport to confirm their age before entering the event.
- No illegal substances of any kind are allowed inside the event premises.
- No outside food and beverages are allowed inside the event area, except for those sold within the event.
- Water spraying activities will be conducted during the event. The company shall not be liable for any damage to personal property.
- Failure to comply with event rules may result in eviction from the premises without a ticket refund.
- The company shall not be held responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers or channels.
- The company reserves the right to change or modify event details without prior notice, and its decisions in any case are final.
Notes:
- The ticket price does not include any additional fees.
- Once the purchase transaction is completed, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances (Non-refundable).
- In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, please note that photographs and videos will be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending the event, you consent to the collection and disclosure of personal data.
How to Redeem Wristbands:
- Present your E-Ticket QR CODE at the wristband redemption point.
- Verify that your name, surname, and ID number match the information on the E-Ticket.
Thai attendees must present their original ID card or a government-issued card with a clear name and surname.
Foreign attendees must present their passport or original government-issued ID.
Note:
- Each wristband is valid for one-day entry as per the purchased ticket (In the case of a 3 Days Pass, the wristband is valid for all 3 days).
- Wristbands are non-transferable and will not be reissued under any circumstances.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times and cannot be given to others.
- For 3-day wristbands, they must not be removed during the entire event duration.
- Your E-Ticket owner must match the person redeeming the wristband.
- E-Tickets can be displayed on a mobile device or in print.
- E-Ticket owners can edit their information on the E-Ticket once in the case of incorrect or mismatched details.
**In the case of a proxy picking up the wristband, a real power of attorney document must be presented, along with the E-Ticket owner's signature.**
