With the ultimate force of Fitness First Thailand & Les Mills Asia Pacific, this event will include the 6 of all time most popular group fitness classes and 3 new Les Mills Programs, during 23-24 March 2024 where you will experience excitement and energy from world class presenters on the same stage.  

Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase:

• The Ultimate Experience Package encompasses a 3-day Fitness First membership and a Group Exercise class selected by the purchaser.
• Each transaction allows for the purchase of a maximum of 2 tickets, with no restriction on the total number of tickets purchased.
• Ticket prices are categorized into three periods: Early Bird (12-10 March), Regular (11 March-21 March), and Onsite (23-24 March at the event venue).
• Ticket prices do not include VAT (7%), system fees, or payment processing fees.
• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once completed.
• Participants must be at least 15 years old.
• The organizing team retains the discretion to provide services to ticket holders and disclaims responsibility for the source of ticket purchase.

Warning: Protect your rights by refraining from sharing the E-Ticket QR Code/Reference number through online or media channels, as it could be utilized to access The Ultimate Package. The organizers bear no responsibility for personal information divulged through such channels.

Recommendations for Event Attendance:

• Bring your own towel and water.
• Consider traveling via BTS Skytrain, Bearing Station E14.
• Due to limited parking, group travel, BTS Skytrain, or public transport is advisable.

Recommendations for 3-day Membership Service at Fitness First:

• Present the Fitness First 3-day membership card received at the event, named THE ULTIMATE FITNESS FORCE, at any Fitness First club for access.
• The membership card is transferable and can be used once per person.
• Existing Fitness First members cannot convert this membership card into cash discounts on monthly dues.
• Prior trial service users can utilize this membership card.
• Access is not granted to individuals listed in the Blacklist database.
• The membership card expires and must be used by December 31, 2024.

Documents Required for Wristband and Shirt Exchange on the Event Day:

• E-Ticket QR CODE received via email, accessible on mobile or in printed form.
• National ID card, Passport, or any government-issued identification card displaying clear name and last name.
• Ticket details must match the provided identification document for verification
  
• Customers can transfer E-Ticket (QR Code) to others via the system. The system will be closed 48 hrs. before the event starts. (How to transfer E-Ticket)
