Chef Aod, Mr.Samrerng Vasit), a highly experienced chef with over 30 years in the culinary industry, is the owner of “Chef’s Bistro By Chef Aod,” a French restaurant specializing in classic French cuisine made with premium imported ingredients that are rare to find in Chiang Mai.

Currently, Chef Aod has expanded his food business through horizontal growth by opening another restaurant, Allegro, an Italian-inspired establishment located at the front of the Dhara Dhevi Hotel in Chiang Mai. At Allegro, Chef Aod aims to blend his French culinary expertise with the style of Chef Carlos Manuel, a French chef who previously served as the Executive Sous Chef at the French dining room of the Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi. Chef Carlos, like Chef Aod, has over 30 years of experience in the culinary world.
Today, Allegro’s menu goes beyond traditional Italian cuisine, incorporating a Mediterranean flair to offer a wider variety of dishes for everyone to enjoy.
