The profit after deducting expenses, from sales of the Exclusive Gift Set will be donating to support 2 foundations; CHILDREN's HEART FOUNDATION OF THAILAND and PEDIATRIC CARDIAC SURGERY FOUNDATION.

Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Exclusive Gift Set:

1. One customer can purchase no more than 4 Exclusive Gift Set. (4 Tickets)

2. Ticket buyers must apply for membership or log in to the Eventpop website before purchasing tickets. Please find more details HERE.

 *In case you log in via Facebook, please enter your name-surname as shown on the page of your ID card only*

3. Payment methods are as follows: Credit / Debit Card, K plus, QR Promptpay. Please find more details HERE.

4. Your full name as per ID or passport will be required to purchase Exclusive Gift Set and printed on E-tickets. The names must be in Thai or English only, and must match your identification document (such as ID card, Passport, Driver’s License) upon entry. Please review your booking information before making payment.

5. The ticket price does not include VAT and other payment fees.

6. When the customer completes the purchase of the Exclusive Gift Set. This cannot change the date / return the goods or request a refund in all cases. (Non Refundable)

7. The organizer reserves the right not to be responsible in the event that tickets are subsequently purchased from other people or other channels.

8. Once payment has been made, you will receive an E-Ticket which can be used to redeem a wristband before entering the event.

**Important: Please do not reveal the E-Ticket QR Code/Reference to other people or on social media channels because it is personal information that the team or organizer reserves the right not to be responsible.

Terms and Conditions of Entry:

1. Please present an E-Ticket with QR Code matching with the date of entry, also the full name should match with original ID card or passport or driver's license of the attendees.

- In case of receiving wristbands and merchandise on behalf of others: can be done by presenting a power of attorney with E-Ticket owner's signature. (Read on how to sign a power of attorney HERE)

 *Power of Attorney documents cannot be photographed and must use the original copy of the document only*

2. In the event that the E-Ticket owner is unable to attend the event on that day. Tickets can be transferred through the Eventpop system until 2 days before the event date (February 1, 2023 at 9.59 a.m.): Read more details HERE.

3. For customers who purchased pre-sale Exclusive Gift Set, please collect the goods and wristband in order to enter into “Hi! Project Zone” from Friday 3rd Feb 2023 at 10.00 hrs. to 18.00 hrs. of each day at Information Counter at Kaze Stage (Zone B, Outdoor).

4. Hi! Project Zone queue starts at 10:00 a.m., door open at 10:30. The sequence of entry into Hi! Project Zone will follow the running number on your wristband, according to the day purchased. Our team shall set the queue according to the running number which will be listed on the wristbands. You can check the running number on your E-Ticket.

5. The wristband cannot be returned or transferred. In the case of loss of the wristband, the organizer cannot re-issue in any case.

6. Get 1 permission to visit Live! Concert in Hi! Project Zone all day long (1 permission only for 1 day. You can choose either Friday, Saturday or Sunday).

7. “Hi! Project Zone” is located in the dedicated area where our team will put up the barriers. It is only accessible to those who have wristbands from the purchase of Exclusive Gift Set and those who are eligible for sponsorship (Hi! Project Zone can be viewed from Floor Plan).

8. “Hi! Project Zone” can be entered from 10:30 a.m. to the end of each day's stage activities.

9. “Hi! Project Zone” is a special promotion only for those who purchased the Exclusive Gift Set.

10. For visitors who misbehaves with intent of quarrels, causing injury to others, the organizers reserve the right to immediately remove the troublemaker out of the “Hi! Project Zone” area.

11. All hazardous materials are not allowed and all alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the event area.

12. Any form of signages which are larger than A4 size are not allowed in the “Hi! Project Zone”.

13. Only glow sticks with a total length of less than 30cm can be used.

14. Organizers have the right to change “Hi! Project Zone” conditions as appropriate, without prior notice.

8. 支払いが完了すると、イベントに参加する前にリストバンドと引き換えの際に必要となる E チケットが届きます。

**重要: EチケットのQRコード/リファレンスは個人情報であるため、他人に公開、またソーシャルメディア等で公開はしないでください。公開による個人情報流出の際はチームまたは主催者は一切の責任を負いません。

入場にあたっての条件:

1. 参加者のIDカードまたはパスポートとフルネームが一致するEチケットをご提示ください。

- 他人に代わってリストバンドと商品を受け取る場合: Eチケット所有者の署名のある委任状を提示することで行うことができます (委任状に署名する方法については、こちらを参照してください)。

2. Eチケット所有者が当日イベントに参加できない場合、イベントポップウェブサイトのシステムを通じて、イベントの 2 日前 (2023 年 2 月 1 日 9:59) までチケットを譲渡できます。詳細はこちらをご覧ください。

3. 先行販売限定ギフトセットをご購入のお客様が「Hi！ Project Zone」へ入るには、まずKAZE STAGEのある屋外ゾーンB内に設置のインフォメーションカウンターにて、2023 年 2 月 3 日（金）朝10 時から夜6時までグッズとリストバンドをお受け取りいただきます。

4.「Hi！ Project Zone」へ入る順番待ちの列は、午前 10:00 から開始され、ゾーンへの入場は 10:30 からとなります。 購入した日にリストバンドに記載された整理番号順に並んでいただき、入場となります。イベント会場の入場順番 (Running No.)はE-Ticketにご覧いただけます。

5. リストバンドの返品・譲渡はできません。リストバンドを紛失された場合、主催者はいかなる場合も再発行できません。

6.「Hi！ Project Zone」に終日アクセスする権利は 1日のみ有効のため、金曜・土曜・日曜のいずれかをお選びください。

7.「Hi！ Project Zone」は、主催者チームがバリケードを設置する専用エリアにあります。限定ブギフトセット購入でリストバンドをお持ちの方あるいはイベント協賛資格をお持ちの方のみご入場いただけます（Hi! Projectゾーンの位置はフロアプランよりご覧いただけます）。

8.「Hi！ Project Zone」は、午前10時30分から入場可能で（金、土、日ともに）、終日アクセスいただけます。

9.「Hi！ Project Zone」へのアクセス権利は、限定ギフトセットを購入した方だけの特典です。

10. イベント内での秩序に反する行為、イベントの妨げになる喧嘩、暴力行為の当事者、スタッフの指示に従わない方は強制的に「Hi！ Project Zone」より退場して頂きます。

11.「Hi！ Project Zone」内においてあらゆる危険物の持ち込みは許可されていません。また、すべてのアルコール飲料の持ち込みも許可されていません。

12.「Hi！ Project Zone」内へのA4 サイズを超える看板の持ち込みは禁止されています。

13.「Hi！ Project Zone」内では全長30cm未満のペンライトのみ使用できます。

14. 主催者は「Hi！ Project Zone」の使用条件を予告なしに変更することができます。
