COMO Metropolitan Bangkok x Wine Haus: a Series of Wine Education Evenings

Natural, organic and biodynamic wines will be paired with canapés from Michelin-starred nahm and COMO Metropolitan Bangkok

COMO Metropolitan Bangkok has cemented its position on Bangkok’s foodie scene. Having been awarded a Michelin star for 6 consecutive years, nahm is consistently ranked among the best restaurants in Asia. Chef Pim spotlights traditional Thai ingredients to create robust, sophisticated flavours with surprising tastes and textures.

In collaboration with Winehaus, COMO Metropolitan Bangkok will enhance the flavours of some of the best-loved dishes from nahm and COMO Metropolitan Bangkok through thoughtful wine pairings. Winehaus believes in low intervention wine production and has a deep understanding of and care for the environment and people behind each bottle.

Each pairing will be introduced by a representative from Winehaus, who will explain more about the provenance of the wine, as well as guide guests through a tasting process. Imbibers will be able to appreciate how each pour pairs with the Michelin-starred canapés from nahm and COMO Metropolitan Bangkok, which use premium ingredients sourced sustainably from across Thailand.
