Terms & Conditions for purchasing tickets
1. Sign up eventpop by email, The registrant's name must match the ID card and the email address must be a valid email address How to sign up click here
2. Participants must be over 20 years old
3. FLASH SALE 9.9 > Maximum 2 tickets/user
EARLY BIRD > Maximum 4 tickets/user (For those who buy tickets in FLASH SALE 9.9 round, Quota will be left to buy 2 tickets /user)
4. You will have 15 minutes to check your ticket amount and choose to receive PVC Card by yourself at event date or choose to receive PVC Card via delivery by sending it to your address The delivery system will be closed within October 6, 2022 (*If you choose the method of receiving the PVC Card, it cannot be changed later).
5. "Confirm" to proceed to the Payment page, Choose payment methods. You can find more details about the payment method by this following articles.

6. Confirm payment
- For those who selected to receive PVC Card by yourself at event date, You will receive an Order Confirmation send to your email, bring the Order Confirmation with with Identification card/Passport to pick up PVC Card at Pick-up point on the event date.
- For those who selected to receive PVC Card delivery, We will send the parcel to your address indicated for delivery, you can track delivery status (Tracking No.) at My Wallet How to check Tracking No. click here
Delivery starts from September 16, 2022 onwards
7. All attendees must bring PVC Card to exchange wristband on the event date.(Wristband can be used to enter the event for 2 days: September 22-23, 2022)

** Remark:
- Ticket price includes VAT and excludes convenient fee and shipping fee of 65 THB/Order (Vat excluded)
- After the payment has been made, can not be change the type of ticket and can not be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable. (Non-refundable/ Non-upgradeable)
- The organizers will NOT be liable for any Tickets that was not purchased directly from the ticketing channels established by the organizers under any circumstance.
- The organizers will not take any responsibility for any lost PVC ticket.
- Ticket Buyers are able to fill only one address to receive PVC ticket and they are allowed to contact customer support to edit address information within 7 days after order completed.
- In case of failed to receive PVC Card ; incorrect address information and unavailable recipients, the organizer will not refund the ticket and delivery fee in all mentioned cases. Ticket Buyers must contact Customer Support to bring the Buyers documents to verify their identity in order to receive the PVC Card at the event date only. (Residents in villages or condos with residential juristic person Please check the pickup time policy of that location and receive the PVC Card from the residential juristic person on time If the parcel has been received will be considered successful delivery)
**Please do not show your Order Confirmation / PVC Card / Confidential information to public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets.
Participation Policy
How to redeem PVC card and wristband
1) For those who selected to receive PVC Card via delivery
Prepare the information according to this list and go to the entrance to receive a wristband

2. Identification card or Passport (Copy of Passport or Passport photo can be used)
3. Must have documentary proof of 2 or more vaccinations.
Thai citizen : Mor Prom Application or Vaccine Passport
Foreigner : Vaccine Passport
4. A negative ATK test result (a negative ATK test result is A MUST REQUIRED) and write your name, date, time specified on ATK
or a photograph of the ATK test result with a photo taken with an ID card / Passport and a device that clearly shows the date and time, using a smartphone or watch
or ATK can be checked at the venue (there is ATK for sale at the event for 100 baht)
5. Bring your PVC card and present your ID card, passport, or government-issued card and exchange it for a wristband at the entrance before entering the event.

*Check the name on the Order Confirmation document. The name on the document must be the same as the person receiving the PVC card.

- In case the recipient is not the owner of order confirmation: Must prepare authorized letter How to sign the authorized letter click here
*A Hard copy of authorized letter is a must to show before receiving PVC card.
Rules of operation for participating in the event
- Participants must be over 20 years of age on the day of the event
- Before entering the event, you must show your wristband. Participants bring a PVC card to exchange for a wristband at the entrance door
- Wristbands can be used to enter the event for 2 days (October 22-23, 2022)
- In the event that attendees have already received a wristband Do not remove or cut the wristband (wristband used to attend the event on the 2nd day)
- The organizer is not allowed to receive wristbands on behalf of others in any case
- In case of losing the wristband The organizer reserves the right to not be responsible in any case.
- For this event, the ticket buyer must pick up the wristband at the event date only and no wristbands are delivered to any address.
- No Re-Entry
* Participants will be checked for body temperature at the venue. Must not exceed 37.5 degrees Celsius.
* We ask for your cooperation to wear a mask at all times during the event
* ATK test results must not present 2 lines, or PT-PCR tests from 24 hours prior must not have positive results. and a negative ATK test result is A MUST REQUIRED to be able to attend the event. If the ATK test is positive the organizer reserves the right not to be able to enter the event
