เงื่อนไขในการซื้อบัตร (Terms & Conditions)
1. ผู้ซื้อบัตรผ่านระบบ Eventpop ทุกท่านจะได้รับบัตรแข็ง (PVC) เพื่อใช้รับริสแบนด์เข้างาน โดยสามารถเลือกวิธีการรับบัตรแข็ง (PVC) ได้ 2 วิธี ได้แก่
Attendees who purchase a ticket via Eventpop will receive a PVC card for exchanging the wristband to be used to enter the event. There are 2 options to receive PVC card following:
- [หมดเขตเลือกรับจัดส่งวันที่ 23 พ.ย. 2565] กรณีจัดส่งบัตรแข็ง (PVC) ทางไปรษณีย์ไปตามที่อยู่ที่ระบุระหว่างการสั่งซื้อ จะมีค่าธรรมเนียมการจัดส่ง 65 บาท/ออเดอร์ (ไม่รวม VAT)
- For those who selected to receive the PVC card via delivery. Organizer will send the parcel to the address indicated for delivery with a delivery fee 65 baht/order (excluding vat). [Attendee can be only selected to receive the PVC card via delivery within 23 Nov 2022].
- กรณีรับบัตรแข็ง (PVC) ณ วันงาน ผู้ซื้อบัตรจะต้องนำใบยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ (Order Confirmation) ไปรับบัตรแข็ง (PVC) จุด Pick-up PVC Card หน้างาน
- For those who selected to receive the PVC card by yourself, you MUST bring the Order Confirmation to pick up the PVC card at the PVC Card Pick-up point on the event date.
2. คุณสามารถกรอกที่อยู่จัดส่งบัตรแข็ง (PVC) ได้เพียงที่เดียวในรายการคำสั่งซื้อแต่ละรายการ กรณีกรอกที่อยู่จัดส่งผิด ลูกค้าสามารถติดต่อ Customer Support เพื่อขอแก้ไขรายละเอียดภายใน 7 วันหลังสั่งซื้อ และผู้ที่ซื้อบัตรหลังวันที่ 17 พ.ย. 2565 จะไม่สามารถแก้ไขที่อยู่จัดส่งได้
Ticket buyers can fill in an address to deliver the PVC card only one time in each order. In case the ticket buyer fills in the wrong delivery address, you can contact Customer Support for a request to change the information within 7 days after the purchase date. For those who purchase a ticket after 17 Nov 2022 no changes in the delivery address will be possible.
3. กรณีเกิดข้อผิดพลาดจากการขนส่ง เช่น ไม่มีผู้รับ, พัสดุจัดส่งไม่ถึงผู้รับ, พัสดุสูญหายระหว่างทาง ทางผู้จัดงานจะไม่คืนเงินค่าบัตรและค่าขนส่งทุกกรณี โดยผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องติดต่อ Customer Support เพื่อนำเอกสารของผู้ซื้อบัตรไปยืนยันตัวตนในการรับบัตรแข็ง (PVC) ที่หน้างานเท่านั้น
In case of a problem with transportation, such as no recipient, the parcel could not be delivered or the parcel did not arrive at the destination or a parcel has been lost, the ticket holder must contact Customer Support and bring the evidence to pick up the PVC card at the PVC Card Pick-up point on the event date.
4. บัตรแข็ง (PVC) นี้ใช้แสดงตนในการรับริสแบนด์สำหรับงานตามวันและเวลาที่กำหนดเท่านั้น จะไม่มีการออกริสแบนด์โดยไม่มีการแสดงบัตรแข็ง (PVC)
This PVC card can be used to receive the wristband assigned to the event on the specified dates and times of the show only. No wristbands will be issued without the presentation of this PVC card.
5. กรณีบัตรแข็ง (PVC) เกิดความเสียหายจากผู้เข้าร่วมงาน สามารถนำบัตรแข็ง (PVC) เก่ามาเปลี่ยนที่เคาน์เตอร์ PVC Card Exchange โดยมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม 500 บาท/บัตร
If the PVC card is damaged due to the attendee action, you can bring the damaged PVC card to the PVC Card Exchange counter to receive a new PVC card at a cost of 500 THB per card.
6. กรณีบัตรแข็ง (PVC) สูญหายอันเนื่องมาจากผู้เข้าร่วมงาน ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่อนุญาตออกริสแบนด์ให้ โดยผู้เข้าร่วมงานจะต้องทำการซื้อบัตรใหม่หน้างานเท่านั้น
If a PVC card is lost due to the attendee action, the organizer will not be able to provide a wristband to the attendee. The attendee must purchase a new ticket at the door sales for entering an event only.
7. ผู้ที่เป็นเจ้าของบัตรแข็ง (PVC) จะต้องมีอายุ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไปและมีหลักฐานตัวจริงที่ทางราชการออกให้ใช้ในการแสดงอายุเพื่อเข้างาน
Ticket holders must be age of 20 or over and must bring an original ID card or official identification document as proof of age to enter the event.
8. บัตรแข็ง (PVC) นี้ต้องใช้ลงทะเบียนเข้างานผ่านระบบ Pre-Registration ของอีเว้นท์ป็อปก่อนเข้างานเพื่อรับริสแบนด์ (1 บัตรแข็ง PVC สามารถใช้ลงทะเบียน Pre-Registration ได้ 1 รายชื่อเท่านั้น และไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้เมื่อทำการลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้าเสร็จสิ้นแล้วในทุกกรณี)
Ticket holders must use their PVC card to register for the event via the Pre-Registration system on the Eventpop website before entering the event in order to receive their wristband. (1 PVC card can be used to register only 1 unique name. The ticket holder name can not be changed after Pre-registration has been completed under any circumstances).
9. บัตรแข็ง (PVC) นี้ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด และไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี ยกเว้นการยกเลิกงานโดยผู้จัดที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากเหตุสุดวิสัย ถูกขอให้ยกเลิก หรือออกคำสั่งไม่ให้จัดงานโดยหน่วยงาน/องค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรัฐบาล
This PVC card cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable except in the case of the event being canceled by the organizer for reasons other than force majeure and any government-related department/organization requesting for the event to be canceled or issuing an order for the event not to be held.
10. บัตรแข็ง (PVC) นี้ไม่สามารถนำบัตรไปใช้ประโยชน์ทางการค้า เว้นแต่จะได้รับการยินยอมจากผู้จัด
This PVC card is not valid for any commercial purposes unless official permission from the organizer has been received.
11. หากบัตรแข็ง (PVC) นี้ไม่ได้มีการซื้อโดยผู้ถือบัตรโดยตรงผ่านช่องทางที่ผู้จัดงานกำหนด ทางผู้จัดงานจะไม่ขอรับผิดชอบใดๆในทุกกรณี
The organizers will NOT be liable for any PVC card that was not purchased directly from the ticketing channels established by the organizers under any circumstance.
12. บัตรแข็ง (PVC) นี้ ใช้เข้าชมงานได้เฉพาะวันแสดงที่ระบุไว้บนบัตรแข็ง (PVC) เท่านั้น
This PVC card is valid for the date(s) of show indicated on this PVC card only.
13. หากผู้จัดงานพบว่าผู้ซื้อบัตรมีพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสมหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎที่ผู้จัดงานมีการประกาศให้ทราบ ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่ให้ผู้ซื้อบัตรเข้าร่วมงานทุกกรณี
The organizer reserves the right to deny entrance to any ticket buyer whom the Organizer deems to have inappropriate behavior or violates the organizer’s regulations announced.
14. หากศิลปินติดเชื้อโควิด-19 เป็นเหตุให้ไม่สามารถขึ้นแสดงได้ ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบคืนเงินทุกกรณี
In the case of an artist being unable to perform due to Covid-19 infection and there is a cancellation and being unable to perform, the organizer reserves the right to no refund under any circumstances.
15. เมื่อเข้างานไปแล้ว ผู้เข้าร่วมงานไม่สามารถออกและขอเข้างานใหม่ได้ (No Re-Entry)
This Event is a No Re-Entry Event.
กรณีต้องการขอใบเสร็จ / ใบกำกับภาษีค่าบัตร (How to request receipt / tax invoice)
หากผู้ซื้อบัตรต้องการขอใบเสร็จ / ใบกำกับภาษีค่าบัตรจากผู้จัดงาน ทางผู้จัดงานจะดำเนินการออกใบเสร็จ/ใบกำกับภาษีให้แบบออนไลน์เท่านั้น โดยจัดส่งทางอีเมลที่ท่านใช้ในการสั่งซื้อบัตร (เริ่มจัดส่งภายหลังจบงานไม่เกิน 30 วัน)
**QR Code และรหัส (Ticket Reference Code) ที่อยู่บนบัตร PVC ถือเป็นความลับ โปรดอย่าแสดงข้อมูลเหล่านี้ในที่สาธารณะ เนื่องจากบุคคลอื่นอาจนำไปแอบอ้าง Pre-register ได้**
Attendees can request a ticket's receipt / tax invoice during purchasing ticket(s), the organizer will only send an online receipt / tax invoice to the email address used to purchase ticket(s). (Sending receipt/tax invoice starts after the event ends no more than 30 days)
**QR Code and Code (Ticket Reference Code) on the PVC card are confidential. Please do not display this information publicly. Because other people may pretend to Pre-register**
- ตามที่กระทรวงสาธารณสุขและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องมีการผ่อนคลายมาตรการป้องกันและควบคุมการระบาดของไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) ทางผู้จัดงานแนะนำและขอความร่วมมือให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานทุกท่านตรวจ ATK ด้วยตนเองก่อนเข้าร่วมงาน/หลังจบงานเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้เข้าร่วมงานเอง โดยผู้จัดงานจะไม่มีการบังคับให้แสดงผลตรวจโควิด-19 ก่อนเข้างาน
หากท่านใดต้องการตรวจ ATK ที่หน้างาน สามารถเข้ารับบริการ ณ จุดตรวจ ATK ในวันงานได้ที่ลานจอดรถด้านหน้า Hall 100 (มีค่าใช้จ่าย 100 บาทและจำนวนจำกัด)
NO ATK CHECK NEEDED FOR 808 FESTIVAL.
We are following guidelines set out by the Health Department, however, we still recommend everyone to test themselves prior and after the event at home. Testing booths will be available at the event for anyone that wishes to get tested before entering the Event. No ATK tests will be verified by our staff. - แนะนำให้ทุกท่านสวมใส่หน้ากากอนามัยภายในงาน
Please note that there is no mask requirement but we still recommend you to wear them indoors.
DO
- ผู้ที่เข้าร่วมงานต้องมีอายุ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป
Participants must be over 20 years of age on the day of the event.
- กรุณาเตรียมบัตรประชาชน, ใบขับขี่ หรือ พาสปอร์ตมาเพื่อยืนยันตัวตน
Please prepare your ID card, driver's license or passport for verification.
- กรุณาสวมใส่สายรัดข้อมือที่ทางผู้จัดงานออกให้แก่ผู้ถือบัตรแข็ง (PVC) ตลอดระยะเวลาที่อยู่ในสถานที่จัดงาน หากพบว่าไม่สวมสายรัดข้อมือจะถูกเชิญออกจากพื้นที่จัดงานทันที
The wristband issued to the PVC card holder must be worn at all times. Anyone found not wearing a wristband will be escorted to leave the Event immediately.
DON' T
- ห้ามนำอาวุธ สิ่งของมีคม หรือสิ่งเทียบอาวุธทุกชนิดเข้าภายในงาน
No weapons or sharp objects of any kinds are allowed to be brought to the Event.
- ห้ามนำสารเสพติดทุกชนิดเข้ามาภายในงาน หากพบเห็นผู้จัดงานจะส่งตัวไปยังหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายทันที
No illegal substances are permitted to be brought into the Event. If found, the Organizer will have the individual escorted to the relevant authorities and punished by law.
- ห้ามนำอาหารและเครื่องดื่มจากภายนอก เข้ามาภายในงาน
No food or drinks from outside the Event are allowed.
- ห้ามนำบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า หรือบุหรี่, ยาสูบอื่นๆ เข้ามาภายในงาน
No electronic cigarettes, cigarettes or any other tobacco are allowed inside the Event.
- ห้ามนำไม้เซลฟี่, ลูกโป่ง, ตุ๊กตาสูบลม และเลเซอร์ทุกชนิดเข้ามาภายในงาน
No selfie sticks, balloons or lasers may be brought into the Event.
- ห้ามนำกล้องถ่ายรูป กล้องถ่ายวิดีโอ กล้องถ่ายขนาดใหญ่ รวมถึงอุปกรณ์บันทึกเสียงทุกชนิดเข้าภายในงาน
No camera, No VDO camera, No audio recording or any visual recorders allowed.
- ห้ามนำสิ่งที่ก่อให้เกิดประกายไฟทุกชนิดเข้าภายในงาน
No flammable items are permitted.
- ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกชนิดเข้าภายในงาน
No animals are allowed.
- หากริสแบนด์เกิดความเสียหายจากผู้เข้าร่วมงาน เช่น ชิปหัก, สายขาด สามารถนำริสแบนด์เก่ามาเปลี่ยนที่เคาน์เตอร์ Eventpop โดยมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม 500 บาท/ริสแบนด์
If the wristband is damaged due to the attendee action (such as the chip getting bent or the wristband being cut / torn), you can bring the damaged wristband to the Eventpop counter to receive a new wristband at a cost of 500 THB per wristband.
- หากริสแบนด์เกิดความเสียหายก่อนใช้งาน (เช่น ริสแบนด์ไม่สามารถสแกนได้) สามารถนำริสแบนด์เก่ามาเปลี่ยนที่เคาน์เตอร์ Eventpop โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
If the wristband chip is damaged or faulty before entering the event (such as not being able to scan the wristband chip), you may exchange the wristband at the Eventpop counter free of charge.
- 1 ผู้ใช้งาน (User) จำกัดซื้อบัตรได้เพียง 6 ใบ เท่านั้น
