- Ticket holders will receive a downloadable software link required for optimizing the VR experience 3 days prior to the concert date
- After receiving the link, use the Ticket code to login and you're all set!


Conditions for viewing the HYPETYPE Metaverse Concert

1. Login and enter the HYPETYPE Metaverse Concert strictly according to the date & time announced, there will be no playbacks and replays available
 2. A link for the concert website will be generated and sent to viewers through the registered email 3 days prior to the concert date.
3. Only 1 device may be used at a time for each Ticket code (You may switch devices while viewing the concert)
4. In the case of multiple ticket purchases, purchasers may allocate and transfer the rights to other viewers
5. If attendees fail to join HYPETYPE Metaverse Concert on the announced date & time, the ticket will be non-refundable. We reserve the right to reject any and all refund requests except in the case that the concert is canceled.
