A free online class where you will learn practical tools to use a notebook to manage your life and express yourself!

Do you ever feel like there’s too much going on in your head? Too many thoughts? Too much noise? A paper notebook can help you get some clarity and peace of mind!

A notebook is an extension of your mind and this free online class will show you how.

A notebook is the most powerful tool to manage your life and work, but also to express yourself and let ideas out of your head and on paper.

This class is designed to show you why you should use a notebook everyday and how.
During this class, we will do several activities and you will be engaged in testing many different ideas. It's an interactive and fun class, it's free and you will gain a powerful tool that can literally change your life.

Who can join? Anyone! The goal of this class is to reach as many people as possible - we strongly believe in the power of a notebook, and that's why this class is aimed to the large possible crowd.



What you need
☛ A paper notebook (or notepad, or sketchbook) - of any size you want. If you don't have one, we advice you to buy one.
☛ Pencils, pens, markers (any tool you already have).

☛ how a notebook can be powerful
☛ how to express your ideas on paper
☛ the many ways you can use a notebook
