Meet Chef Mod, the food experimentalist who introduced Thai cuisine to many people all over the world as she traveled, and every country visit comes a new recipe in her book. Every of her creations incorporates design thinking and concept that has been carefully crafted.

About Chef Mod Bunyaluck :
Trained as a landscape architect, Mod applies design thinking approach to every of her food creations. She called herself food experimentalist who likes to think out of the box to create something that has never been done before by combining unexpected ingredients with a mixed of eastern and western cooking processes, which she had learned while living in different countries. Currently, Mod is a culinary consultant for various hotels and practice landscape architecture part time. In her free time, she loves gardening and growing her own food.
