How to by E-Ticket
Remark:
- More information about Payment Method
- Attendees must be at least 18 years old.
- For those who would like to request the full tax invoice / receipt of ticket(s), please find more information via How to request ticket full tax invoice. (How to Download Full Tax Invoice of Ticket fee)
- After an order has been completed, the organizer reserves the right not to change , upgrade the ticket, request to cancel, or refund in any case. (Non-refundable / Non-upgradeable / Non-exchangeable)
- Ticket price includes VAT 7% but excludes payment method fee.
- You can redeem a wristband at the event venue only. (No delivery)
- The organizer will not be held liable for any resold tickets or tickets from other channels.
- Please do not show your E-Ticket (QR Code) / Reference which is confidential information to the public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets.
Transfer E-Ticket to others via the system
- Ticket Holder can transfer E-Ticket (QR Code) to others via the system. The system will be closed 48 hrs. before the event starts. (How to transfer E-Ticket)
How to pick up wristband
- Thai customers: Please bring your original ID card or any documents that issued from the government with name-surname.
- Foreign customers: Please bring your passport (copy or photo of the passport can be used).
- E-Ticket (QR Code) can be printed or showed on mobile and tablet or .pdf file.
- The power of attorney original document from the owner. (How to sign the power of attorney document)
- Real ID card/Passport of the pick-up person.
**The power of attorney MUST be an original document. The photo is not able to be used.
- Alcoholic beverages will only be sold to attendees aged 20 and above.
- Once you leave the event, re-entry is not allowed.
- In case of a lost wristband, no replacement will be issued under any circumstances.
- Live streaming is not permitted. If found, the organizers reserve the right to ask the attendee to leave and delete the video files immediately.
- The following items are not allowed inside the event area: selfie sticks, tripods, large cameras, DSLR camera, signs larger than A4, ladders.
- No foods and drinks allowed to bring inside the event area.
- Weapons, sharp objects, flammable items, illegal drugs, or other dangerous substances are not allowed inside the event.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the event, except in designated smoking areas for both regular and electronic cigarettes.
- Portable folding chairs are allowed, but standing on them or obstructing others' view is not permitted.
- Fighting or any kind of violent behavior is strictly prohibited. The organizers reserve the right to remove anyone involved in such incidents from the event immediately.
