How to purchase ticket(s)

1. Sign up or Log in Eventpop account
2. Select zone, ticket quantity, seat. Then press ‘Buy Ticket’. (Read more on How to buy seating ticket)
*1 user can purchase UP TO 6 tickets only and all chosen tickets MUST be from the same zone only. If you would like to purchase multiple zones, you need to complete the first order, then go to purchase another zone in the next order.
3. Ticket buyers will have 15 minutes to complete the reservation. 
4. Then press ‘Confirm’ to continue selecting the payment method below;
     4.1 Credit/Debit Card
            - 3% fee will be charged per transaction.
     4.2 QR PromptPay
            - 50 THB will be charged for the order amount of 1,500.01 - 5,000.00 THB.
            - 100 THB will be charged for the order amount from 5,000.01 THB and over.
     4.3 Alipay
            - 3% fee will be charged per transaction.
     4.4 Bank Transfer
            - No convenience fee will be charged per transaction.
5. After payment has been completed, you will receive the E-Ticket (QR Code) via the email that you fill during the check-out page. 


How to transfer E-Ticket (QR Code) via the system

  • E-Ticket (QR Code) owners can transfer your E-Ticket to others via the system. The system will be closed 48 hrs before the event starts. (How to transfer E-Ticket)

Remark:

  • Ticket price excludes 40 THB of PVC card issued fee.
  • Ticket price excludes VAT 7% and payment method fee.
  • After an order has been completed, the organizer reserves the right not to change the seat, upgrade the ticket, request to cancel, or refund in any cases. (Non-refundable / Non-upgradable / Non-exchangeable).
  • The organizer will not be held liable for any resold tickets or tickets from other channels.
  • The organizer will not be held liable for any lost PVC card after you’ve received it.
  • You can redeem PVC card(s) at the event venue only. (No delivery)
  • Attendees must be at least 7 years old. In case the children don’t have an ID card, they are allowed to use a scanned copy of their birth certificate or passport to verify their ages at the event.
**Important: Please do not show your E-Ticket / QR Code which is confidential information to the public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets.

How to redeem PVC card at event

1. In case the E-Ticket (QR Code) owner redeems PVC card by themselves;

    1.1) Preparing the E-Ticket (QR Code), it can be shown in the format of an e-file or printed.

    1.2) E-Ticket (QR Code) owner has to redeem a PVC card by themselves. The name on the E-Ticket (QR Code) MUST match to the ID card, passport or any government-issued card.

2. In case the attendee is not the owner of the E-Ticket (QR Code);

    2.1) Preparing the E-Ticket (QR Code), it can be shown in the format of an e-file or printed. 

    2.2) Proxy's original ID card / passport or any documents that were issued from the government with name-surname.

    2.3) Please bring the power of attorney original document from the owner. (How to sign the power of attorney document)
*The power of attorney MUST be an original document. The photo is not able to be used.
