Tickets for Rerun: Live streaming will be available on 21 February 2024 at 10:00 A.M. - 5 March 2024 at 9.00 P.M.

For this event, Mew has prepared a very special show through songs that convey various stories
and birthday this year I want everyone to join in being one of Mew's memories.

and Live Streaming price 999 (available at 7:00 p.m. only)

Terms & Conditions for purchasing tickets

1. Sign up eventpop by email, The registrant's name must match the ID card and the email address must be a valid email address How to sign up click here 
2. Reading the detail of each type of ticket and press "Choose Zone and Seats"
      *1 User can buy UP TO 4 TICKETS / SHOWTIME, can buy only in the same zone. Cannot buy across zones
3. You will have 15 minutes to check your ticket details, Customers are required to prepare the name, surname, phone number, and email for each ticket. Names and information on each ticket must not be duplicated
4. Click "Confirm" to proceed to the Payment page,  Choose payment methods. You can find more details about the payment method by this following articles : Credit card / Debit Card, K Plus, QR PromptPay, Alipay
5. Press to confirm order and pay
6. Once payment has been completed, you will receive Order Confirmation to pick-up your ticket at the event
7. You can download fee receipt at My Wallet
8. Cannot issued tax invoices for tickets price

Remark:

  • Ticket price excludes VAT7%, payment gateway fees and other fees  
  • When the customer completes the order The organizer reserves the right not to request to change / return tickets / upgrade tickets or request refunds in all cases. (Non-refundable / Non-upgradeable)
  • The organizers will not be liable for any tickets that was not purchased directly from the ticketing channels established by the organizers under any circumstance.
  • Organizers have the right to change the conditions as appropriate.

Pick up Ticket (Seating)

You will be asked to present your Order Confirmation to pick up ticket at Eventpop ticket exchange points

Please prepare the following documents:

2. Identification card, Passport or card issued by a government agency with a clear name and surname.

Note: 
  • On the event date, the name on Order Confirmation must be the same as the person who receives the ticket
  • Prepare Order Confirmation to exchange ticket at the event
  • Order Confirmation can be printed or displayed via mobile phone


- In the case of receive by yourself: We will mainly check from the name - last name specified on the Order Confirmation and identification card, passport or card issued by a government agency with clear name and surname.
- In case of unable to attend the event on that day,
         1. The owner of Order Confirmation can edit ticket receiver's name on Order Confirmation info on their wallet through the Eventpop System 1 time 
> Showtime 1: 17 February 2024 at 2:00 p.m. can edit ticket receiver's name on Order Confirmation until 16 February 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
> Showtime 2: 17 February 2024, at 7:00 p.m. can edit ticket receiver's name on Order Confirmation until 16 February 2024 at 7:00 p.m.

        2.  After closing edit ticket receiver, the recipient must present the original power of attorney document with the signature of the original ticket owner as evidence of consent to transfer rights How to sign the authorized letter click here

RULES AND REGULATION (Seating)

1. Video, audio and live steaming through any applications and channels are also not allowed. During Benefits, Photo / video are allowed but please hold device on chest level only. Selfie is not allowed, please be in time.
2. Selfie monopods, polaroid cameras, tablets (with over-7-inch screen) and other recording devises are strongly not allowed in the event.
3. Cameras are allowed without any focal length restriction.
4. The following items are not allowed in the hall.
    - Light stick longer than 30 cm, LED board or paper bigger than A4, cloth bigger than 20x80 cm and any kind of banners.
    - Folding chair, mini ladder, balloon sticks, balloons balls, dolls, whistles, horns, megaphones and also alcohol beverage, drug, weapon, edge tool, explosive and any other dangerous items. We will have the leaving point for those items in front of the gate before entering the hall please note that it is no the deposit point.
5. Please don't throw mobile phones, dolls, boards, water bottle or any items on stage as it may cause injury to the artist and audiences.
6. All kinds of food and drinks are not allowed in the hall.
7. We are not allowed to pass any present to the artist during benefits section.
8. In case lucky winner don't identify yourself at the event, your benefit will be terminated immediately.

Note: We reserve the right to change any terms and regulation as appropriate. 

Steps and conditions for purchasing Live Streaming 

1. Sign up eventpop by email, The registrant's name must match the ID card and the email address must be a valid email address How to sign up click here 

2. Tickets for Live streaming can be purchased from the 2nd showtime only  (17 Feb 7PM : MewMories Special B Day With You)

3. 1 User account is limited to purchasing a maximum of 1 ticket per 1 order.

4. Ticket buyers will have 15 minutes to fill in information and check order details

5. Then press “Confirm Order” to choose the next payment method. You can choose to pay via the following channels: Credit card / Debit Card, K Plus, QR PromptPay

6. Once payment has been completed,  you will receive an E-Ticket via email or My Wallet for viewing online (with a Join Live Sessions button at the end of the email).

7. If you encounter a problem during the transaction such as the screen freezing / disconnecting from the transaction page, the system does not display the QR Code for payment. You can continue ordering from the last order through the Wallet menu (My Wallet) (Read how to continue ordering if you have left a transaction.)

How to watch Live Streaming through POPLIVE

You can view the order and watch the live broadcast on the event day through 3 channels as follows:

  • Via the Eventpop website
  • Via email
  • Via the Eventpop application

Conditions for watching live through POPLIVE

1. We reserve the right to 1 email per 1 viewing right only.

2. Only 1 device can watch the live broadcast. (Cannot be viewed on multiple devices simultaneously)

3. Can be viewed on mobile phones, computers, tablets, or devices connected to the internet.

4. In case you want to change the device for watching live. You must turn off the viewing screen first. You will then be able to join and watch the live broadcast on other devices.

5. You can log in and out while watching the live at any time until the live ends. You can press the button. 'Join Live Session' on My Wallet page both in the application and the Eventpop website to join and watch the live again. (In case you enter-exit during live viewing, you will only watch the current live content unable to continue viewing content from the moment that you left live session)

6. Recording images, videos, or audio recordings is not allowed within the event, including live broadcasts through all channels.

7. The organizer reserves the right to make changes edit details of various activities without prior notice and the Company's consideration in any case is final.

8. The organizer reserves the right to collect, record, use, and disclose photos or videos. There may be images of visitors appearing in the public broadcast. Including possible duplication and modification to distribute and communicate with the public in the form of advertising media and other marketing communications for commercial public relations both now and in the future without having to ask for consent from the audience.


Recommendations for joining Live session via the POPLIVE 

1. Should be connected to a stable internet. If using the corporate internet, the website might be blocked or speed may be limited. Therefore, it is better to use WiFi or personal 4G/5G instead.

2. Please update the browser you use to watch to the latest version.

3. Recommended Browser

We recommend that you visit using a new version of the browser for stability in viewing POPLIVE as follows.

  • Google Chrome 53.0.2785 or later
  • Safari 10.0.602.1.50 or later
  • Internet Explorer 10 or later
  • Chromium Edge 80 or later
  • Firefox 76 or later

4. After joining the live, the video quality should be selected and set. (in the lower right corner) in accordance with your internet speed to avoid the stream loading all the time.

5. Internet speed should not be less than 10 Mbps for stable viewing.
