How to purchase ticket(s)
1. Sign up or Log in Eventpop account.
*If the ticket buyer log in via Facebook, you MUST recheck that the user name will be matches the ID card / Passport.
2. You can get a queue for purchasing tickets on 1st July 2024 at 10:00 am onwards and please note that 1 account can get a queue for 1 device only. (Read more on How to Get in Queue)
When it's your turn, please select zone and seat. Then press "Buy ticket". (Read more on How to buy seating ticket)
3. Ticket buyers will have 15 minutes to complete the reservation. If you face any problems while processing an order. You can continue ordering via My Wallet. (Read more on How to continue pending orders)
4. Then press “Confirm” to continue selecting the payment method; Credit/Debit Card, AMEX , QR PromptPay, Alipay, Installment (Read more on How to make payment)
5. After payment has been completed, ONLY ticket buyers (User’s email) will receive the order confirmation via the email even if you purchase more than 1 ticket in the same order.
6. For those who would like to request the full tax invoice / receipt of ticket(s), please find more information via How to request ticket full tax invoice.
Remark:
- 1 user can purchase UP TO 4 tickets only and all chosen tickets MUST be from the same zone only. If you would like to purchase multiple zones, you need to complete the first order, then go to purchase another zone in the next order.
- Prices include VAT 7% but exclude payment processing fees. But exclude the cost of physical tickets 30 THB per ticket (exclude VAT).
- After an order has been completed, the organizer reserves the right not to change the seat, upgrade the ticket, request to cancel, or refund in any case (Non-refundable / Non-upgradable).
- The organizer will not be held liable for any resold tickets or tickets from other channels.
- The organizer will not be held liable for any lost PVC card after you’ve received it.
- You can redeem PVC card(s) at the event venue only. (No delivery)
- Attendee's name will be not printed on the PVC card.
- Attendees must be at least 7 years old. In case the children don’t have an ID card, they are allowed to use scanned copy of their birth certificate or passport to verify their ages at the event.
- The organizer reserves the right to change any details without notice and the consideration of the company is finalized.
- Please do not show your Order Confirmation / QR Code which is confidential information to the public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets any circumstances.
How to redeem PVC card(s)
1.2) Ticket buyers have to redeem ticket(s) by themselves. The name on the order confirmation MUST be matched ID card, passport or any government-issued card.
*From 1.2 The original document or copy of the mentioned documents are able to be used for both Thais and foreign customers. (The photo is not able to be used.)
2. In case the attendee is not the owner of the order confirmation;
2.1) Preparing the order confirmation , it can be shown in the format of an e-file or printed.
2.2) Proxy's original ID card / passport or any documents that issued from the government with name-surname.
2.3) Please bring the power of attorney original document from the owner. (How to sign the power of attorney document)
Prohibited Items and Rules for Event Entry
- Cameras, Video Recorders, and Recording Devices:
1.1) Cameras for both photography and video recording such as; iPads, tablets, or any devices for recording images and sound are not allowed inside the event (mobile phones and tablets not exceeding 7 inches are allowed).
1.2) It is prohibited to take photos or record audio during the event with any device (including mobile phone cameras).
*If staff or security personnel find anyone taking photos during the fan meeting, they will be asked to leave the event to have the photos deleted and the camera stored. If you do not wish or refuse to store the camera, you will not be allowed to re-enter the event. To ensure everyone enjoys the event, please strictly adhere to this rule. - Portable Chairs and Selfie Sticks: All kinds of portable chairs and selfie sticks are not allowed.
- LED Signs: LED signs of any size are not allowed as they disturb the performance and the view of other attendees.
- Laser Pointers, Light Sticks, and Glow Sticks: Laser pointers, light sticks, glow sticks, and cheering equipment longer than 30 cm or potentially causing injury are not allowed (Official light sticks are allowed).
- Cheering Banners or Paper Signs: Cheering banners or paper signs larger than A4 size are not allowed.
- Megaphones, Air Horns, and Other Sound Amplifiers: Megaphones, air horns, and other sound amplifying devices are not allowed.
- Food and Drinks: All kinds of food and drinks are not allowed.
- Gas-Filled Balloons, Inflatable Balloons, Inflatable Sticks, and Large Balls: Gas-filled balloons, inflatable balloons, inflatable sticks, and large balls are not allowed.
- Fireworks: Fireworks of any kind are not allowed inside the event area.
- Throwing Objects on Stage: Throwing any objects onto the stage during the artist's performance or while they are on stage is not allowed.
- For attendees with luggage or large belongings, there is a designated area to store your items.
- Do not leave valuables in the stored luggage. We are not responsible for any loss.
- Unauthorized merchandise or any items for sale are not allowed inside the event area.
