Details of Fan Benefits and conditions of participation
How to purchase ticket(s)
1. Sign up or Log in Eventpop account.
2. On the event page, choose the right 'Showtime' then press 'Get Tickets' button.
*Please read the details and conditions of the event carefully.
3. Please 'Select Zone'
4. Then 'Select Seat(s)
5. After that you can press 'Buy ticket'
6. Fill in the ticket holder's information. You will have 15 minutes to check your ticket details.
*The attendee's name must match the ID card/Passport and the email address must be a valid email address.
7. Then press 'Confirm'
8. Select the payment method; Credit card / Debit Card, American Express (Amex), QR PromptPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, TrueMoney Wallet
9. After payment has been completed, you will receive E-Ticket (QR Code) via email and My Wallet. Or click 'View Order' button to recheck your order. And you can use E-Ticket (QR Code) for register to the event.
Remark:
- 1 User can buy maximum 4 tickets. Can buy only in the same zone cannot buy across zones. To purchase multiple zones, complete the first order and then place orders for other zones in subsequent transactions.
- Ticket price included VAT7%, payment gateway fees and other fees are not included
- Any privileges / benefits vary based on each ticket type as specified.
- For those who wish to request a receipt/tax invoice, you can read the instructions on how to download the receipt/tax invoice here.
- Attendees must be at least 11 years old.
- When the customer completes the order, the organizer reserves the right not to request to change / return tickets / upgrade tickets or request refunds in all cases. (Non-refundable / Non-upgradeable)
- The organizers will not be liable for any tickets that was not purchased directly from the ticketing channels established by the organizers under any circumstance.
- Organizers have the right to change the conditions as appropriate.
**Important : Please do not show your E-Ticket QR Code / Confidential information to public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets.
How to transfer E-Ticket (QR Code)
In case the owner of an E-Ticket (QR Code) is unable to attend the event by themselves. You can be transferred an E-Ticket (QR Code) to others in 2 ways as follows:
1. Customers can transfer E-Ticket (QR Code) to others via the system. The system will be closed 48 hrs. before the event starts. (Read more about How to transfer E-Ticket)
2. Transfer ticket to other people offline (using documents)
2.1) Prepare an E-Ticket (QR Code), it can be shown in the format of an e-file or printed.
2.2) Proxy's original ID card / passport or any documents that issued from the government with name-surname.
2.3) Please bring the power of attorney original document from the owner. (How to sign the power of attorney document)
*The power of attorney MUST be an original document. The photo is not able to be used.
Admission terms and conditions:
1. The physical tickets (plastic cards) can be collected at the registration desk on-site. Ticket holders must present the E-Ticket (QR Code) received from purchasing the ticket through Eventpop to exchange it at the registration desk at LIDO CONNECT on March 22, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
*There will be a name verification on the E-Ticket against the ID card/passport. Please ensure you bring your ID card, driver's license, or passport for identity verification.

2. Activity Schedule
- Doors open at 6:00 pm.
- Show starts at 7:00 - 11:30 pm.
Remark:
- Customers who are eligible for Fan Benefits but are unable to attend the event within the specified time frame will forfeit their rights to participate.
- During the Fan Benefits activities (Group Photo and Hi-BYE), communication devices may be used to record videos; however, the company reserves the right to prohibit VDO calls to third parties.
- The event organizer does not permit video recording or live streaming of the content of the final episode on social media. Any violations will result in immediate removal from the event.
- The event may involve video and photo recordings for promotion and broadcasting. Attendees or passersby may appear in the recordings. If you do not wish for your image to appear in the recordings or photos, please avoid moving through the event area during the specified times. By attending the event, you consent to the use of your name, image, voice, video clips, or any personal information in the recordings and photographs, which may be used for promotional purposes through current or future communication channels, as well as in commercial products and services.
