Terms & Conditions for purchasing tickets:
1. Sign up for eventpop account by email, The registrant's name must match the ID card and the email address must be a valid email address.
2. 1 User can purchase 6 ticket of GA Sleepy Owl and VIP Early Owl type. The name must be unique in each ticket and has to be the same person with the attendee.
3. You will have 15 minutes to check your ticket amount.
*In the case of logging in eventpop via Facebook, customer must fill in their full name - last name same as their ID Card/Passport in ticket information

5. After you successfully completed a payment,
- Use E-Ticket and passport to pick up wristband at the counter.
- 2 Day passes wristbands can be used to enter the event for 2 days and No Re-entry
- In case that wristbands were lost or damaged the organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new wristbands.
Event Rules & Conditions:
- All festival attendees must be taller than 1.2 meters.
- Ticket purchasers shall NOT resell, transfer, or auction off tickets. A single ticket cannot be shared by multiple persons. If such acts are discovered, those concerned will be ejected from the event.
- Tickets are valid only for the days/venue printed on them.
- When tickets are sold out, no tickets will be sold at the door. Please purchase your tickets in advance.
- Lost or broken wristbands will not be reissued, and re-entry will not be allowed.
- All information submitted in the purchase of tickets will be forwarded to the event organizers.
- The festival will take place despite weather conditions, with the exception of natural disasters. In the event of cancellation due to a natural disaster, tickets will not be refunded; all costs associated with this cancellation, such as travel expense to the site, will not be compensated.
- Artist performance dates, stages, and time slots are subject to change. No refunds will be given for lineup changes or cancellations by artists.
**Remark:
- Ticket price excludes VAT and payment fee.
- Please ensure all information provided is accurate.
- Once you have received the wristband, you will not be able to change the name under any circumstances.
- The organizers will not be liable for any tickets that were not purchased directly from the ticketing channels established by the organizers under any circumstance.
**Important : Please do not show your E-Ticket QR Code / Reference Code / Confidential information to the public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets.
Exchange wristband policy
Ticket holders will be asked to present their E-Ticket to redeem wristbands at the main entrance.

2. Bring the actual passport or ID card to the event
Acceptable forms of identification:
- ID card issued by the Chinese government with a photo and date of birth.
- Passport issued by a foreign government with a photo and date of birth.
Unacceptable ID
- NO School ID
- NO Consular ID
- NO Birth certificate
- NO Expired ID of any kind
- NO Photocopy of any ID (except as noted)
- NO Temporary driver’s license without passport or expired license
Remark :
- E-Ticket name must match with the identification document to be able to receive the wristband.
- Once the official tickets are issued, name changes are not supported.

购买门票的条款与条件：
1. 通过电子邮件注册Eventpop账户，注册人姓名必须与身份证一致，且电子邮件地址必须有效。
2. 每位用户可以购买限量6张 GA Sleepy Owl和VIP Early Owl类型门票。每张门票的姓名必须唯一，并且必须与参加者相同。
3. 您将有15分钟时间检查您的门票数量，并选择在活动现场领取腕带和GA/VIP门票。
*如果通过Facebook登录Eventpop，客户必须在门票信息中填写与身份证/护照一致的全名（包括姓氏）。

规则与条款：
- 所有节日参加者必须身高超过1.2米。
- 票务购买者不得转售、转让或拍卖门票。单张门票不得多人共享。如发现此类行为，相关人员将被驱逐出场。
- 门票仅在其印刷的日期/场地内有效。
- 当门票售罄时，现场将不再销售门票。请提前购买门票。
- 丢失或损坏的腕带将不予重发，且不允许重新入场。
- 在购买门票时提交的所有信息将转交给活动组织者。
- 节日活动将照常举行，除非发生自然灾害。如果因自然灾害导致活动取消，门票将不予退款；因取消而产生的所有费用，如前往现场的旅行费用，将不予赔偿。
- 艺术家的表演日期、舞台和时间段可能会有所变动。若因艺术家变更或取消演出，门票将不予退款。
备注：
- 门票不包含增值税和付款手续费。
- 请确保提供的所有信息准确无误。
- 完成付款后，任何情况下都不允许更改、取消、升级票种或退款。（不可退款/不可升级）
- 主办方对于任何未通过主办方指定票务渠道购买的门票不承担任何责任。
重要提示：
请勿向公众展示您的电子票二维码/参考代码/机密信息。主办方保留不提供任何退款或重新发放门票的权利。
腕带兑换政策
持票人需出示电子票及中国身份证/外国护照，通过现场设置的“人工通道”入场，入场后有工作人员发放腕带。

备注：
- 电子票上的姓名必须与身份证明文件上的姓名一致，才能领取腕带。
- 正式出票后，不支持任何方式的改名。
