📪 Delivery Conditions (Available Shipment in Thailand ONLY)

• You can select the delivery option to your address until March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Wristband shipments will commence from March 15, 2025, onwards.
  🔹For the first 12,000 orders: A shipping fee of 85 THB/order (excl. VAT) applies. Special bonus! Receive one "S2O 10 Years of Wetness Limited Box Set" per order.
  🔹For orders from 12,001 onwards: A shipping fee of 65 THB/order (excl. VAT) applies. Only standard wristband packaging is provided. (Limited Box Set is not included)
• Once the wristband collection method is selected, it cannot be changed. Ticket buyers can fill in the delivery address only one time in each order. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.
• In case the ticket buyer fills in the wrong delivery address, you can contact Customer Support for a request to change the information within 3 days after the purchase date.
  
• In case of an incorrect delivery address: Please contact Customer Support to request a correction within 3 days of placing the order, provided the shipping status is still "Processing Ticket." If the specified timeframe has passed, the team reserves the right to ship the package to the address provided in the order.
• In case a package is returned due to the recipient being unavailable, an incorrect delivery address, or the inability to contact the recipient: The organizer reserves the right to withhold ticket and shipping refunds, also will not resend the package under any circumstances. Please contact Customer Support for further details and verify their identity via My Wallet to collect the wristbands at the event ONLY.
• In case of delivery issues or if the status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package: Please contact Customer Support within 7 days of the delivery date and the shipping status is already completed/shipped/received (as indicated by the courier's system). If this timeframe is exceeded, the organizer reserves the right to decline any responsibility.
• Once you receive the wristband, please do not wear it before the event. If the wristband is worn too tightly, damaged, broken, cannot be removed, or violates the event's terms, the organizer reserves the right to disclaim all responsibility in any  cases.

4. Payment methods (Read more details)

• Credit / Debit Card, Amex, Alipay, TrueMoney Wallet, QR Promptpay, WeChat Pay
• Installment Payment via credit card (Minimum total charge amount of 2,500 THB, Installment payment up to 4 months, only for specified bank credit cards.)

5. After complete the payment,

•  For those who selected to receive wristband at event date: Use the Order Confirmation from email to pick up wristband at event.
  *The recipient's name on the Order Confirmation can be edited only once via the Eventpop website.  (How to change ticket receiver's name on order confirmation)
•  For those who selected to receive wristband via delivery: We will send the parcel to your address indicated for delivery, you can track delivery status (Tracking No.) in My Wallet. (How to check Tracking No. CLICK)
  *Wristband shipments will commence from March 15, 2025, onwards.

Remarks:

• Purchase limit: 10 tickets per order
  *For Regular Pass: All 3 Days (EARLY BIRD) and VIP Pass: All 3 Days, the limit is 2 tickets per user
• The 3-Day Pass ticket types allow entry with the wristband for all three days of the event. (For 1-Day Pass ticket type, the wristband is valid only for the specific date indicated on the ticket.)
• Ticket price includes VAT7% but excludes payment method and other fees.
• For those who require a full tax invoice, it can be requested during the transaction or within 24 hours after the order is completed. (How to Download Full Tax Invoice)
• Tax deductions under the Easy E-Receipt 2.0 program (Year 2025) are not applicable.
• Once the payment has been completed, tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, exchanged, upgraded, or have the event date changed under any circumstances (Non-refundable / Non-upgradeable).
• The organizers will not be liable for any tickets that was not purchased directly from the ticketing channels established by the organizers under any circumstance.
• Persons entering the Event hereby consent to having names, images and/or likeness, writing, biographical information or recordings of their voices captured or reproduced in any medium, forever and throughout the world, for editorial, educational, promotional, publicity, advertising or any other purpose by S2O Factory Company, or its affiliates, respective successors and assigns, contractors, partners or the media.
• In the event of any changes to the activity details, such as time, venue, or terms and conditions, the organizer reserves the right to make adjustments at their discretion.
• **Please do not show your Order Confirmation QR Code/ Reference Code / confidential information to public or social media. The organizer reserves the right to disclaim all responsibility in any case.
