Welcome to the first ever Asia Pacific Evangelism Summit!

The event will be held at the Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok, from 9-11 October 2025. We are expecting participants from the Philippines, as well as from many nations all over the world. 

The United Pentecostal Church Philippines Inc. launched its Foreign Missions Division in 2024, with the aim of facilitating global evangelism efforts through Filipinos. This summit will be a venue for all missions minded ministers and lay members who are willing to be involved in this endeavor, to come together for fellowship, strengthen collaboration for global evangelism, as well as address relevant issues concerning inter-country and inter-regional evangelism ministries.

Registration: Registration will open on 1 January 2025 till 8 October 2025. Click on the "Get Tickets" tab to pay for your registration fee.

Registration fee: The EARLY REGISTRATION FEE is THB 3,400.00 (approx. USD 100), and will be available from 1 January to 31 July 2025. Registrations after 31 July 2025 until 8 October 2025 will be THB 6,800.00 (approx. USD 200). 

Registered participants will be enjoying the coffee breaks and meals during the summit (coffee break after evening service on 9 October;  coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on 10 October). The "Registration Fee" DOES NOT INCLUDE HOTEL ACCOMMODATION. A receipt for the payment will be emailed to the participant/s once the payment is confirmed.

Accommodation (NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE): A link for booking accommodation will be provided only to those who have registered for the summit. The special room rate starts at THB 1,600 per night (Superior Room, good for two persons, with breakfast). The link will be provided to the participant ONLY AFTER PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE IS CONFIRMED. 

Air Fare and Visa: All participants are expected to book their own flights and secure the necessary visas to be allowed entry to Thailand. Thailand offers visa on arrival (Tourist Visa) for ASEAN passport holders, as well as from many nations. The organizers are NOT responsible for processing visas for summit participants. 

Airports: The summit hotel and venue is accessible from BOTH the Suvarnabhumi International Airport (Code BKK, main airport in Bangkok) and Don Mueang International Airport (Code DMK, old airport). The Prince palace Hotel Bangkok is about 35 kilometers from the BKK Airport, with an estimated travel time of 40 minutes to an hour (by car, normal traffic). The DMK Airport is 23 kilometers from the venue, about 30-45 minutes travel time (by car, normal traffic). Downtown Bangkok is well known for heavy traffic congestion during rush hours, so plan accordingly. 

Transportation from Airport to Hotel: The organizers recommend taking a local taxi from the airport taxi stands (either BKK or DMK) to the venue (about THB 500). Airport limousines are also available both airports.
