The story of Sword Art Online from the first season to “Sword Art Online Alicization”. This will be a special concert with immersive experience that you will enjoy with spectacular live music performed along with official video footage on big screen.

How to purchase ticket(s)
- Sign up or Log in Eventpop account.
- On the event page, press the 'Get Tickets' button.
- Please 'Select Zone'
- Then 'Select Seat(s)'
- After that you can press 'Buy ticket'
- Fill in the ticket holder's information
- Then press “Confirm”
- Select the payment method; Credit/Debit Card, AMEX, QR PromptPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Installment
- After payment has been completed, you will receive an E-Ticket (QR Code) via email and My Wallet.
Remark:
- For those who requested tax invoice/receipt
- 1 user can purchase UP TO 6 tickets only and all chosen tickets MUST be from the same zone only. If you would like to purchase multiple zones, you need to complete the first order, then go to purchase another zone in the next order.
- Children aged 5 and above are eligible to purchase seats, under 5 years old are not eligible to purchase seats.
*You can purchase tickets in the Baby Seat : FBA, FBB, FBC Zone which are family room. Listening through speakers only in closed mirror room only. - Children are not allowed to sit on parent seat.
- Ticket price includes VAT but excludes payment gateway fees and other fees
- After payment has been completed, the organizer reserves the right to Non-refundable / Non-upgradeable / Non-exchangeable in any circumstances.
- The organizer will not be held liable for any resold tickets or tickets from other channels.
- Please do not show your E-Ticket (QR Code) / Reference Code which is confidential information to the public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets any circumstances.
Terms and conditions for enter the concert
- 11:00 AM onwards ; E-Ticket (QR Code) check and redeem wristband
- 2:00 PM ; The gates will open one hour before show time.
- 3:00 PM ; Performance starts *If the door is already closed after performance starts, you will not be allowed to enter the hall until the break time which could take at least 1 hour.
- Please keep your courtesy in order to ensure that all audiences enjoy comfortable and pleasant performance.
- Photographs and recordings are strictly prohibited.
- Food and Pet are strictly prohibited inside the hall.
- We reserve the rights to change the program of the performance as appropriated.
Dress Code
Due to the dress code policy implement at Mahidol University we kindly ask the following from the audience:
- The code is smart casual. Strictly no shorts, no flip-flops, and no tank tops.
- The concert hall temperature is adjusted to 20-22 C (68-70F) per musicians’ request. Please prepare accordingly.
- Cosplay is encouraged, but we kindly ask that you do not bring any helmets, hats, swords, spears, staff, or armor that may restrict the view of any persons behind, beside, or in front of you, but if you do want to bring it as a prop for your photos, there is a coat check to check them in before you enter the concert hall.
- We also do not allow any type of outfit that may damage the fabric seats inside the hall. If there are damages done to the seats, Mahidol University reserves the right to collect damage penalties.
- Photography is encouraged in front of the hall, but please do not take any photos or videos during the concerts.

How to pick up wristband(s) for enter the event
Attendees can be picked up wristband(s) at event from 11:00 am onwards.
1.) In case ticket holders pick up the wristband(s) by themselves.
- E-Ticket (QR Code) can be printed or showed on mobile and tablet.
- Identification Document
- Thai attendee: Please bring your original ID card or any documents that issued from the government with name-surname.
- Foreign attendee: Please bring your passport (copy or photo of the passport can be used).
- In the case of using Facebook name to purchased E-Ticket(s): Show your real Facebook page to verify.
2.) In case the owner of an E-Ticket (QR Code) is unable to attend the event by themselves.
You can be transferred an E-Ticket (QR Code) to others in 2 ways as follows:
2.1) Customers can transfer E-Ticket (QR Code) to others via the system. The system will be closed 48 hrs. before the event starts. (Read more about How to transfer E-Ticket)
2.2) Transfer ticket to other people offline (using documents)
- Prepare an E-Ticket (QR Code), it can be shown in the format of an e-file or printed.
- Proxy's original ID card / passport or any documents that issued from the government with name-surname.
- Please bring the power of attorney original document from the owner. (How to sign the power of attorney document)
*The power of attorney MUST be an original document. The photo is not able to be used.
Remark:
- The name on the E-Ticket (QR Code) must be the same as the person who picks up the wristband at the event.
- In case ticket buyers (E-Ticket owners) uses his/her own name to purchase all tickets. Attendees can pick up the wristband together with the E-Ticket owners.
