Ticket Purchase Conditions
1. Register or Log In: Please register as a member or log in, ensuring that the registrant's name matches their ID card and that the email provided is valid. For instructions on registering with Eventpop using an email address, click here.
2. Click "Buy Ticket".
3. Review Ticket Quantity: You will have 15 minutes to review the number of tickets. The ticket purchaser must provide the full name, surname, phone number, and email for each ticket, and carefully check all order details before confirming the purchase.
4. Confirm Purchase: Click "Confirm Purchase" to choose a payment method. Available payment methods include Credit Card / Debit Card, Alipay, QR PromptPay, WeChat, and Installment payments.
5. Complete Purchase and Payment: Confirm your order and proceed with the payment.
6. Receive E-Ticket: Upon successful payment, you will receive an E-Ticket, which you can exchange for a wristband at the event.
Notes:
- Ticket prices do not include system and payment processing fees.
- Ticket prices include 7% VAT.
- Buyers can request a tax invoice but cannot request withholding tax (for instructions on requesting a tax invoice, click here).
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-upgradable, and non-exchangeable.
- If you are unable to attend the event after purchasing a ticket, you may transfer the E-Ticket (QR Code) to another person via the system. Note that the transfer system will close 48 hours before the event starts (for instructions on transferring an E-Ticket (QR Code), click here).
- A maximum of 10 tickets per order is allowed (one user can purchase an unlimited number of tickets).
- Tickets will only be exchanged for wristbands at the event (no wristband delivery to addresses).
- Discount Codes are limited in number and cannot be used once the quota is reached.
* Important Notice: Please do not display or share your E-Ticket with others. The event organizers are not responsible for any refunds or reissues of tickets.
Wristband Collection Instructions:
- Attendees must present their E-Ticket (QR Code) to exchange for a personal wristband at the Eventpop wristband exchange point.
- E-Tickets can be printed or displayed on a mobile device.
- Attendees must present a valid ID card, show an ID card via the ThaID Application, or provide an official document with a clear name and surname. International attendees should bring a passport (photographs or copies are acceptable).
- For multiple E-Tickets/orders under the same name, wristbands can be collected by presenting an authorization document signed by the E-Ticket holder (for instructions on signing an authorization document, click here).
