How to buy E-Ticket
Terms and Conditions
- Participants must be at least 20 years old.
- Early Bird Ticket Sales: Customers can purchase a maximum of 2 tickets per account.
- Regular Ticket Sales: Customers can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets per account.
- Tickets for Unseen Festival 2024 event are available only 1 Day Pass ticket type.
- Customers must present the QR Code received via email or Eventpop application at the entrance, along with their ID card, to verify entry and receive a wristband. One QR Code per person per entry.
- A scanned QR Code will show as "used" and cannot be scanned again.
- Selling or distributing tickets for advertising or promotional purposes without company permission is illegal.
- The organizer does not allow tickets to be used for commercial purposes or promotions, such as discounts, exchanges, giveaways, unless consent is obtained from the organizer.
- The organizer reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice.
- In case of ticket loss, the company reserves the right not to reissue tickets under any circumstances.
- Photography and video recording of the audience and the event atmosphere will be used for concert advertising and promotional purposes.
Remark:
- Ticket prices do not include VAT and other fees.
- Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable and non-upgradeable.
- The organizer is not responsible for tickets bought from unauthorized persons or channels.
