Participation Policy
- The Fan Zone opens at 11:00 a.m.
- Event check-in start at 4:00 p.m.
Customers must show their E-Ticket (QR Code) at the event
E-Ticket (QR Code) can be printed or showed on mobile and tablet.
Remark:
1. Ticket price includes VAT but excludes payment gateway fees and other fees
2. Tickets limit for each user = 2 tickets / Showtime
3. There is no minimum age to purchase tickets.
4. No Food, Water, odor-causing food or laser pointers are permitted.
5. The staff will provide the goods for cheering.
6. Customers can request ticket cancellation/refund by contact Customer Support before 3:00 PM on the selected event day. (Refunds only the ticket price 200THB/ticket excludes payment gateway fees and other fees, Some payment methods incur a fee for processing refunds)
