- After payment complete, no changes, cancellations, non-upgradable, or refunds are allowed in any case (Non-refundable, Non-upgradable).

How to watch the Live Streaming via POP LIVE:
You can watch the live streaming via 3 methods as follows:
- Watching Live Streaming via Eventpop website
- Watching Live Streaming via Email
- Watching Live Streaming via Eventpop application
Terms and Conditions:
1. One ticket/email is reserved for one person only.
2. One ticket can be used to watch the live streaming on 1 device only.
3. You can watch the live streaming on devices connected the internet such as smart phone, computer, tablet, etc.
4. If you want to change the device, you have to close the live streaming screen on the active device. Then, you can watch the live on other device.
5. You can re-enter (by clicking 'Join Live Sessions' button) to continue watching the live streaming until it ends by following the process earlier. Please note that the live streaming is continuously on-airing. This means you are not able to watch the previous content you missed during re-entering.
6. Recording of pictures, videos, or audio of live streaming, including republish through any channels is strictly prohibited.
7. The organizer reserves the right to make changes and modifications to the details of the activities without prior notice, and the decision of the company shall be final.
8. The organizer reserves the right to collect, record, use, disclose, and publish photographs or videos that may include images of attendees for public dissemination, which may be reproduced, altered, distributed, and communicated with the public for advertising and other marketing purposes, both in the present and in the future, without seeking consent from the attendees.

1. Please make sure your device connected the stable internet. If using corporate internet, websites may be blocked or internet speed may be limited. Then we recommend to use WiFi or personal 4G instead.
