Event Registration 

1. All visitors are required to register for COVID-19 vaccination certification via Code on your ticket prior THE MATCH. You can register now untill 11 July Click here to register

• Register 1 Person per 1 Code per 1 Ticket.
• All visitors must have been vaccinated by Sinovac/Sinopharm/AstraZeneca/Pfizer/ Moderna/ Sputnik V at least 2 doses or Johnson & Johnson 1 does.
• Provide document from "MorProm" Application or Vaccine Passport only.
• The document provided must clearly show Name, Vaccinate QR Code and Vaccination history.
• Please review your information before submitting as the system will not allow resubmitting and editing.
• The system will send registration confirmation via E-mail within 2 weeks after document submission.

Terms and conditions 

1. THE MATCH is strictly assessing the COVID-19 test results and proof of COVID-19 vaccinations of all visitors before entering the stadium.
2. All visitors are required to check their temperature before entering the stadium. The temperature must not exceed 37.5°C and all visitors must scan a QR code to register through the “Thai Chana” application.
3. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, if visitors show any symptoms (sick, cough, sneeze, runny nose, temperature exceeding 37.5°C, or have tested positive for COVID-19) before entering the stadium, THE MATCH organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to that visitors and no refunds in all cases.
4. If visitors are being tested positive for COVID-19, THE MATCH organizer will immediately move the patient out of the area in accordance with emergency protocol. THE MATCH organizer reserves the right not to be responsible for refunds in all cases.
5. For safety procedures, during THE MATCH, all visitors must wear face mask covering their nose and mouth at all times and are recommended to wash their hands frequently with gel or alcohol spray.
6. THE MATCH venue has provided hand sanitizer throughout the stadium for all visitors
7. Please do not bring any drinks, water bottles, or any other liquid container into the arena area. Drinks are able to be purchased only from authorized sellers.
8. Do not throw objects into the arena before, after, and during THE MATCH.
9. To prevent congestion and for security checks, please do not bring large belongings to the stadium.
10. Items that may pose hazardous that could be used as a weapon or potential weapon these items would include, but not be limited to sharp or pointed objects such as knives or large corkscrews, personal protection sprays, fireworks, flares, spray paint or other hazardous liquids or gases are strictly PROHIBITED.
11. SLR/DSLR and all big/professional cameras are not allowed.

Refund Policy 

1. Changes cannot be made once the ticket is purchased and no refunds in all cases.
2. If the ticket purchaser is diagnosed with COVID-19 and cannot attend on the date of the event, THE MATCH organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to that visitor and no refunds in all cases.
3. Eventpop will not be responsible for any reselling, buying and selling tickets out of the system.
4. THE MATCH organizer has the right to cancel the competition. If the full capacity seat layout of the venue is not possible due to announcements, orders and/or measures of government agencies due to the prevention and control of the spread of COVID-19.
5. In the event that the event is canceled. The ticket purchaser will receive a refund for the ticket only. THE MATCH organizer reserves the right to be non-refundable service fees and any financial fees.
6. Tickets cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash.

How to Pick-up ticket

Attendees must select a place to pick up ticket from options below

1. Pick-up at FYI center Building, tower 2, Floor 12, from 1-11 July, Monday - Friday, Time 10 am - 6 pm
(2525 Rama IV Rd, Khwaeng Khlong Toei, Khet Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110)

2. Pick-up at M social, Floor 9 Helix Building, Emquatier from 1-11 July, Time 11 am - 6 pm

3. Pick-up on 12 July (event day) only at FYI Center  10 am - 12 pm

If the order is completed, the system will confirm the order, bring you to thank you page and send Order confirmation to menu "My Wallet" and your email

Please bring following documents to event for tickets redemption

Prepare => Order Confirmation from Eventpop + Buyer ID Card / Passport can be either real document or physical/digital copy (Name on ID Card/Passport need to be matched to buyer name in Order confirmation)

Prepare => Order Confirmation from Eventpop + Buyer ID Card / Passport can be either real document or physical/digital copy + Authorized letter for Order Confirmation

**Order confirmation (either printed or digital copy) for pick-up ticket

**Buyer ID Card / Passport can be either real document or physical/digital copy

**1 QR Code on Order Confirmation will be able to pick-up ticket according to the amount of  order purchased, in the case of purchasing 2 seats/order, Buyer will get 2 paper tickers and must pass the ticket to other attendees in the same order

Remark:
Ticket buyers can request for Tax Invoice or Withholding  by directly contacting the Bitkub Capital organizer, The organizer will send a tax invoice via email.
