เงื่อนไขการสำรองห้องพัก
1. สามารถสำรองห้องพักตามวันเวลาที่กำหนดเท่านั้น
2. การสำรองห้องพักไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้ หรือขอคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี ยกเว้นการยกเลิกงานโดยผู้จัดที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากเหตุสุดวิสัย แต่ไม่รวมถึงคำสั่งหรือคำขอความร่วมมือจากหน่วยงานราชการ
3. สามารถเปลี่ยนชื่อคนเข้าพักได้ โดยแจ้งโดยตรงกับทางโรงแรม
4. กรณีงาน 808 Festival เปลี่ยนแปลงวันแสดง สามารถเปลี่ยนการเข้าพักไปตามวันที่ที่ทางลูกค้าตกลงกับทางโรงแรมต่อไป
5.หากมีการยกเลิกงาน สามารถรับเงินคืนได้ โดยมีการหักค่าธรรมเนียมตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
6. นโยบายการเข้าพักเป็นไปตามนโยบายของโรงแรมแต่ละแห่ง
7. เงื่อนไขอื่นๆ ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
8. ทางผู้จัดอำนวยความสะดวกในการจองที่พักให้กับลูกค้าที่ซื้อบัตรงาน 808 Festival โดยไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีการเปลี่ยนแปลงวันที่เข้าพักและการคืนเงินทุกกรณี ซึ่งลูกค้าต้องดำเนินการกับทางโรงแรมโดยตรงเท่านั้น
Terms & Conditions of Booking Hotel
1. Hotel accommodation bookings are available for the period indicated only.
2. Hotel bookings cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable in all cases except if the Event is cancelled by the Organizer for reasons other than force majeure but does not include government orders or requests from government-related authorities.
3. The guest name can be changed directly with the hotel.
4. If the Event is rescheduled, the Purchaser may change the date of the accommodation booking by contacting the hotel directly.
5. If the Event is cancelled as per Clause 2, the Purchaser can apply for a refund for all hotels.
6. All policies for accommodation are as per those issued by the respective hotel.
7. All other conditions will be as per the Organizer.
8. The Organizer is providing this additional service as a convenience to 808 Festival ticket purchasers only and will not be responsible for any changes to the reservation, claims or refunds for which the Purchaser must contact the hotel directly.
เงื่อนไขในการซื้อบริการรถรับ-ส่ง
1. บริการรถรับ-ส่ง นี้ใช้เพื่อแสดงตน ในการรับบริการสำหรับรถที่ได้มีการจอง ตามวัน เวลา และสถานที่ที่จองเท่านั้น
2. ผู้ที่เป็นเจ้าของบัตรบริการรถรับ-ส่ง จะต้องมีอายุ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป และมีหลักฐานตัวจริงเพื่อแสดงอายุเท่านั้น
3. บัตรบริการรถรับ-ส่ง นี้ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือขอคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี ยกเว้นการยกเลิกงานโดยผู้จัดที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากเหตุสุดวิสัย แต่ไม่รวมถึงคำสั่งหรือคำขอความร่วมมือจากหน่วยงานราชการ
4. บัตรบริการรถรับ-ส่ง นี้ไม่สามารถนำบัตรไปใช้ประโยชน์ทางการค้าเว้นแต่จะได้รับการยินยอมจากผู้จัด
5. หากบัตรบริการรถรับ-ส่ง นี้ไม่ได้มีการซื้อโดยผู้ถือบัตรโดยตรงผ่านช่องทางที่ผู้จัดงานกำหนด ทางผู้จัดงานจะไม่ขอรับผิดชอบใดๆในทุกกรณี
6.หากมีการยกเลิกงาน สามารถรับเงินคืนได้ โดยมีการหักค่าธรรมเนียมตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
7. หากผู้จัดงานพบว่าผู้ซื้อบัตรมีพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสมหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎที่ผู้จัดงานมีการประกาศให้ทราบ ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่ให้ผู้ซื้อบัตรเข้าใช้สิทธิ์ในการใช้รถทันที
8. ผู้ที่เป็นเจ้าของบัตรบริการรถรับ-ส่ง สามารถรับริสแบนด์สำหรับการเดินทางได้ที่จุดลงทะเบียน ณ โรมแรม
9. ในกรณีที่ทำริสแบนด์หายหรือชำรุด ทางผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบในทุกกรณี
10. เงื่อนไขอื่นๆ ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
11. ทางผู้จัดอำนวยความสะดวกในการจองรถรับ-ส่ง ให้กับลูกค้าที่ซื้อบัตรงาน 808 Festival โดยไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีการเปลี่ยนแปลงวันที่เดินทางและการคืนเงินทุกกรณี ซึ่งลูกค้าต้องดำเนินการกับทางบริษัทผู้ให้บริการรถโดยตรงเท่านั้น
Terms & Conditions of Booking Shuttle Service
1. This Shuttle Service ticket is used for identifying the ticket holder in using the service as per the date and location booked only.
2. The Shuttle Service ticket holder must be at least 20 years of age and must have an original official identification to board.
3. This Shuttle Service ticket cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable in all cases except if the Event is cancelled by the Organizer.
4. This Shuttle Service Ticket cannot be used for any commercial purposes unless official permission from the organizer has been received.
5. The Organizer will take no responsibility for Shuttle Service tickets not purchased from https://www.eventpop.me/e/10211/hotel-shuttlevan-booking-808festival2020
6. If the Event is cancelled as per Clause 3, the Purchaser can apply for a refund with the exception of the fees which will be non-refundable.
7. If the Transport Organizer finds that the Shuttle Services ticket holder displays inappropriate behavior or does not abide by the rules outlined by the Transport Organizer, the Shuttle Service Ticket holder may not be allowed to board the vehicle. This decision will be at the discretion of the Transport Organizer.
8. Shuttle Service Ticket Holders must exchange their ticket for a transport wristband at the registration counter at the hotel.
9. The Transport Organizer will not be responsible or provide any replacements for wristbands which are damaged or lost with no exceptions.
10. All other conditions will be as per the Organizer.
11. The Organizer is providing this additional service as a convenience to 808 Festival ticket purchasers only and will not be responsible for any changes to the reservation, claims or refunds for which the Purchaser must contact the Transport Organizer directly.
