Event’s Terms and Conditions

1. “We” refers to SIIT Photo and Media Club members who organize the event.

2. “You” refers to the user that will have their photo be taken by SIIT Photo and Media Club

3. “Service” refers to the formal photoshoot provided by SIIT Photo and Media Club.

Terms of Service

1. The photoshoot is for formal purposes only.

2. You must be an active Bachelor’s Degree student, or a Bachelor’s Degree graduate of Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, Thammasat University.

3. Your photos may be taken only within the time that you have reserved.

4. You must bring your student ID along with you at the time of photoshoot.

5.You must dress appropriately and according to the formal dress code, any type of clothing will not be provided.

6. SIIT Workshop shirts and graduation gowns are allowed in this photoshoot.

7. You may register for the photoshoot only once per person. You may not book the photoshoot in multiple reservations and/or multiple backgrounds.

8. This ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable.

9. The original photo files will be provided in your SIIT G Suite email free of charge within 5 working days.

10. Any additional information will be provided through your SIIT G Suite email address registered via eventpop.

11. We reserved the rights to change the terms and conditions of the photoshoot without any prior notice.

COVID-19 Measures

1. You have to wear facial masks or any face covering at all times, unless you are having your photo taken.

2. There will be a body temperature check before entering the studio.

3. You have to sanitize your hands before and after the service, the sanitizer will be provided.

By booking your photoshoot session, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Any violation of the terms and conditions results in denied access to the service.
